It is important that everything is working when you need it: the house is cool in the summer, the barbecue works for the birthday party, the pool is nice and clean. The list goes on and on. For those that don't live in Las Vegas full time or perhaps just moved out of Las Vegas, the challenge increases because they're not here to personally see to the care and maintenance of their home. They aren't around to see that the sprinkler broke in the backyard and it's flooding or to even manage ongoing home maintenance and cleaning of the property. When it comes time to sell, it becomes a big concern for sellers as to who will be looking after their property. The good news is that we show your property on appointment and actively keep an eye on it, especially when it’s vacant. Communicating with you after each showing appointment and providing you with updates on the condition of the home is a regular part of what we do.
