The embedded microcontrollers based on NXP LPC 1768 with a 32 bit ARM Cortes M3 core running at 96 MHz includes 512 Kb flash, 32 KB RAM and so many interfaces having built in Ethernet, USB host & device, CAN, 12C, PWM,ADC,DAC,SPI and other in/out interfaces.
