About the NAIA The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, is the governing body for athletics programs at its nearly 300 colleges and universities throughout the United States and Canada. COACHING STAFF Head Coach Kevin Garner, 1st Season Kevin Garner enters his first season as the Men’s Head Soccer Coach at Rochester College. Garner is an alum of RC as he graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Sports Management. While at RC, Garner served as a team captain for two of the three years he suited up for the Warriors. He began his collegiate playing career in the United Kingdom for North Lincolnshire College. While in the UK, he also played for Crewe Alexandria F.C. in the center of excellence. Garner also has a British Technician Education Council (BTEC) in Sports and Exercise Science from North Lincolnshire College. Shortly after graduating from RC, Garner moved into the coaching ranks where he recently won a state championship with the U18 Michigan Football Club in 2013. Although it was not the first state championship team that Garner had coached, it was the first state championship where he was the head coach. This past summer, Garner guided the Force Football Club W-20 team to the National Final and is currently the Director of Coaching for the club, which is based out of Bloomfield Hills, MI. Garner has also been a head coach in the Michigan Olympic Development program for numerous years and also has experience on the regional staff. Garner’s coaching qualifications include U.S.S.F. national “A” License, NSCAA Premier Diploma, F.A. Fitness for Soccer Level 1, and F.A. Soccer Psychology level 1. Kevin has three sons: Liam, Joey and Matthew, who are 5, 3 and 1 respectively.

Chris Hall Assistant Coach, 2nd Season Chris Hall enters his second year at Rochester College. A former four-year player and captain at RC, Hall was part of the 2006 USCAA national championship team as well as a two-time All-American. Hall brings six years of coaching experience to the Warriors program, and holds both a USSF National C license, and a National Youth License. Hall is currently a coach's education instructor for the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association, and is on the coaching staff for the boys Olympic Development Program. He currently coaches club soccer at Rochester Soccer Club.
