FlyApp - Lexus design competition entry
To develop and innovate a product or service by anticipating the needs of people and society. Fear of flying is still an ever growing issue within society, to address this, FlyApp has been brought to life to help teach kids from a young age that flying is fun, and to put relevant real time information in the palm of the adults hand to ensure reassurance of safety.

Grow
Furniture that grows with you
Why do we replace furniture constantly when we outgrow it? Why don’t consumer items grow with us so that they have a longer life cycle? Grow is adaptable room furniture that can be re-assembled into a variety of different forms to fit the needs and size of the user.

Penny Bed
Improving rescue centre comfort, one piece at a time
The Penny Bed is a modular dog bed which aims to tackle a very large issue within the dog rescue industry in the UK. Dogs within rescue centres often have anxiety and separation issues, which leads to chewing of their beds and general misbehaviour due to their circumstances. To tackle this, along with keeping costs down for the donation ran centres themselves, the Penny Bed is made of 6 interchangeable pieces. This allows different pieces to be replaced when damaged rather than the entire bed, which is currently a large cost for the centres.

Crate Mate
The Life Companion For your dog
Dogs often suffer from restlessness when first brought into a new home, after being seperated from their mother and litter. To tackle this issue and to ensure comfort from day one, when in close proximity of the reader, the RFID embedded dog tag initiates a heartbeat sound in the puppies crate, to remind the dog of its mother and ensure a good nights sleep for pet and owner. Once this stage has passed, the tag and reader can be reprogrammed in order to play any sound required, offering a dual life cycle of the device.

NHS Dental - Live Group Project
Community dental services in the UK are a key part of providing dental care to those who have physical and mental disabilities. As a part of the NHS there are many staff involved with the process of treating a patient with these needs, and this app aims to help personalise the service for the patient and their carer, making it the most personal dental experience they have experienced.
