It was a mutual friend and a trip to Cactus Club that sealed the deal for this picture perfect couple. Their first date was one of the best and the easiest that the pair had ever had, making it their last first date ever. An engagement shoot with Tara Peach Photography on the beautiful downtown Kelowna Boardwalk and Knox Mountain was the perfect way to document the moment.

THE PROPOSAL

After a hot afternoon of golf followed by a quick swim, Lindsay and Tom were on a mission to test out the new Mission Hill brut that had just been released. Lindsay had an inkling that the proposal might happen that particular weekend, but had no idea what was truly in store. After trying to venture into the vineyards with no luck, Tom got down on one knee and popped the question amidst the stunning B.C. landscape. The couple topped their day off with a celebratory private tour through the vineyards, a barrel tasting in the winery’s expansive cellar and a repeat of their proposal. It was a day for the books!

ETHEREAL ELOPEMENT

Cassidy Watt Artistry Collective compiled all of the necessary details

for a perfect vintage elopement set against the backdrop of the

Kamloops Hoodoos. Inspired by the free-spirited weddings of the

60s and 70s, this elopement speaks to every flower child with a love

for Woodstock. Burnt orange, mustard yellow, dark walnut and rich

cream tones along with brilliant pops of gold brought the elopement

vision to life.
