Established in 2002, the company holds a wealth of experience, expertise and resources for providing comprehensive services for the Civil and Structural Engineering, Shut Maintenance and Specialised Labour Force requirements in Western Australia. Located in Karratha, Western Australia, Seabreeze is a privately owned and operated Australian company that has collaborated with prestigious organizations and industry leaders in the Iron Ore, Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Construction sectors. SPECIALISED LABOUR Seabreeze Contracting offers specialised, reliable and comprehensive work force services in Western Australia. We develop and maintain a pool of experienced managers, certified supervisors, trained operators and dedicated personnel to meet the client's requirement. Based on the specific project requirements, skill sets required, machines and terrain, we choose a team from among the skilled and knowledgeable professionals to offer a team of efficient and experienced workforce. Regardless of the training or qualification requirement, our carefully selected specialised labour approaches each project with a fresh perspective and performs the work accordingly. 09
SHUT MAINTENANCE Machines and equipment employed in the rugged terrain require regular maintenance and overhauling. Timely and proper upkeep is critical for their efficient performance, long life and class certification. At Seabreeze Contracting, we understand that every organisation wants its highly specialised and valuable assets to be up and running with the least amount of downtime. At the same time, we also realise the critical safety and maintenance aspects that warrant a shutdown so that the machinery and equipment can be restored for optimum performance. Whether the project requires relevant upgrade, vital repairs or a periodic preventive shut maintenance, our team is well versed with the specifics of each process. Rio Tinto / SKM Coastal Waters Project Bungaroo Fluoride Dosing Facility
Seabreeze Contracting was awarded the contract for the civil and structural package for the Fluoride Dosing Facility at the Coastal Waters Project located in Bungaroo, the works included, detailed earth works, concrete supply and installation building placement inclusive of all infrastructure for the project.
Contract: $500,000
Rio Tinto / SKM Cape Lambert Port A & B Civil and Infrastructure Construction
Multiple Contracts were awarded to Seabreeze Contracting for the Cape Lambert Port A & B Expansion Construction (Civil and Infrastructure Works), inclusive of bulk and detailed earthworks, as well as building infrastructure installation for the new personnel offices added as part of the port expansion.

ATCO Power ATCO Power Australia Turbine Removal & Reinstatement
ATCO Power engaged Seabreeze Contracting for works at the Karratha facility. The works consisted of turbine removal and installation services, as well as the logistics for the cartage of the turbine.
Contract: $100,000
ATCO Power GTG1 & 2 Pre Filter Installation
Seabreeze Contracting installed the pre filter installation for both GTG1&2 inclusive of crane supply and associated specialised trade services for the complete installation and commissioning works.

ATCO Power Chemical Unloading Bay Construction & Coating
The Chemical unloading bay construction and coating was completed by Seabreeze Contracting. Further to this Seabreeze conducted a 3rd part verification for the civil and structural requirements also providing the recommendation and application of the acid resistant coatings.

Rio Tinto Mesa A Ware House Facility Construction
The design and construction package was completed by Seabreeze Contracting for the Mesa A Ware House Facility. This consisted of the completion of all engineering, design, steel fabrication and construction, QA/QC and as built drawings for the project.

Rio Tinto Mesa A Gas Bottle Storage Facility Construction
Seabreeze Contracting completed the design and construction package for the Mesa A Gas Bottle Storage Facility inclusive of all engineering, design, steel fabrication and construction, QA/QC and as built drawings for the project.

Rio Tinto Mesa A Welding Bay Facility Construction
Seabreeze Contracting was awarded the contract for the design and construction package for the Mesa A Welding Bay Facility inclusive of all engineering, design, steel fabrication and construction for the project.

Rio Tinto Mesa A Fixed Plant Drainage Construction
Seabreeze Contracting was awarded the contract for the design and construction package for the Mesa A Fixed Plant Drainage Construction inclusive of all engineering, design, pre cast concrete supply and construction for the project. The completion project reduced the risk of flooding during heavy rain periods.

Rio Tinto Air Monitoring Stations Dampier & Karratha
Seabreeze Contracting constructed the concrete pads, fencing and air monitoring station equipment for Dampier & Karratha while also contributing to the commissioning of the equipment.

ATCO Power Power Station Platforms Design & Construct
Seabreeze designed, manufactured and installed the complex walkway arrangement, ensuring that all critical equipment in the area was accessible for maintenance and the walkway and handrail arrangement met the required standards.

Rio Tinto Cape Lambert Birra Birra Camp A Camp Drainage
Rio Tinto engaged Seabreeze to solve the drainage problem at Birra Birra. Seabreeze provided design and construction support to eliminate the risk of flooding during heavy rain periods.

Abi Group Rail Capacity Enhancement Earth Works
Rapid capacity project required a Contractor to effectively manage the earth works. Seabreeze provided the project and site management as well as Construction team for the completion of Rail Culvert installations, Final Trim Batter works, Head wall installation and detail earthworks.

Rio Tinto Birra Birra Camp A & B Room Refurbishment
The Birra Birra camp required rooms to be refurbished. Seabreeze Contracting were engaged and succefully managed and completed the refurbishment of 400 rooms consisting of cabinet removal and replacements, floor repairs and wall and ceiling maintenance.

COMPANY POLICIES OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY Seabreeze Contracting’s Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan is designed to ensure that the safety of our employees, contractors and clients gets the highest priority across every stage of the project.
We believe that with immaculate planning and preempting every step of the work process, we can create an injury free work environment. Over the years, we have developed guidelines around four specific elements, i.e., Management Commitment, Consultation, Hazard Management and Training.
