PROJECT MANAGEMENT Our skilled project management and supervision teams ensure that our projects run to schedule through their skills derived from years of experience in the construction industry throughout Western Australia. Supervisors are recognised as having the biggest impact on safety performance of the workforce and therefore are important role models in our safety culture and are actively involved in implementing and co-ordinating key safety management.

We have completed many industrial and commercial tilt up projects and can complete this type of project from preparing and certifying the foundation from vacant land, right through standing and patching the panels. We can complete this type of project from start to finish meaning we can set out, prepare and certify the foundation right through to final clean up and handover of the new building. We have built strong relationships with trusted sub-contractors over the years who, together with our management and supervision staff ensure we deliver complete building projects to the high standard that our clients demand.

Supersett has its own plant and machinery to complete detailed earthworks such as large footing excavations and preparation, backfilling, compaction and final trim. Majority of our operations staff have current machinery tickets for bobcats, excavators, telescopic handlers, loaders, trucks and forklifts. For larger bulk earthworks we have built relationships with trusted, experienced sub-contractors that we use regularly. We utilise these sub-contractors for tasks such as road works and large hardstand areas. With both internal and external earthworks we use the same quality control process to ensure materials used, construction methods, compaction, certification and the finished product conform to Australian or client standards and specifications.
INDUSTRIAL OFFICE, CONTROL ROOM, CRIB ROOM We can offer complete refurbishments of damage or out dated offices, crib rooms and control rooms in the Industrial work place.
With all of our staff experienced in the high safety and quality standards that our regular industrial clients demand we can confidently complete any refurbishment, addition or new build to a high standard while maintaining a strong safety focus.

We can complete construction grouting for all types of industrial and commercial requirements. We can complete small jobs for column base plates to large pours using grout pumps and header boxes. We have experience with all types of different construction grout products such as standard general purpose, high flow grouts, epoxy grouts, fast cure grouts and high strength grouts and are able to suggest products to specific circumstances.
With our experienced team we can offer builders and owner builder’s solutions to complex residential civil works which can be quoted as a lump sum package. We specialise when unique homes are to be built under challenging circumstances such as varied site and finished floor levels or foundation issues. We help builders with a cost effective solution whilst ensuring the structural integrity of the foundation is at the highest standard to ensure the building will stand the test of time.

Supersett Constructions Pty Ltd is dedicated to notifying all stakeholders; including clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and visitors of their obligations to the environment, and the measures that must be carried out within our operations. We will endeavour to meet our environmental objectives by evaluating our methods to prevent pollution and minimise waste. We will reduce noise and toxic emissions through the selection and use of plant and equipment. Recycling is also highly encouraged and promoted. Our comprehensive environmental processes are written in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems. We comply with the Environment Protection Act 1986 and Environmental Protection Regulation 1987.

This contract was an added challenge to Supersett Construction Pty Ltd. Which included the rescheduling of Separable Portions and WUC deliverable scope to assist the principal in overcoming unforeseen circumstances pertaining to primary equipment failure during construction. Despite construction constraints and a series of rescheduling of outages and resources the project was completed on time and as required.

Binningup Desalination Plant Lime Bund Clarifier Extension Modification
November 2018 to December 2018 The contract was completed on time with minimal variations required to protect the principal existing infrastructure found to installed at depths not concurring with as built and design documentation. This particular contract also came with it, multiple challenges in execution in regard to access, site security and confidentially agreements all to which Supersett Construction Pty Ltd. overcame with well thought out and implemented plans and resource implementation.

South 32 Worsley Hydrate Pits Chambers
October 2018 to December 2018 Contract scope required the construction of new hydrate pit chambers, designed by the principal for the purpose of storage of Aluminium Trihydrate / Alumina Hydroxide at the South 32 – Worsley Aluminium Refinery. The contract was completed as required and as per practical completion specified by the client with additional scopes of works requested via a contract variation order throughout construction and to within the budget allowance. Notably the contract entailed a significantly tight schedule to meet the client’s needs and the works had to be completed prior the Christmas Period. With difficult access and extreme physical conditions Supersett Construction Pty Ltd. construction personnel and management still completed the project on schedule with praise from the Principal and Main Contractor alike.

His motivation and drive quickly directed him into leadership roles early in his career onto his current role as Managing Director of Supersett Constructions Pty Ltd. Aaron has worked as the Managing Director for 9 years, in which time he has developed and grown the business through his commitment to continual improvement in quality, safety and environmental management and leadership.
KIRI MORRIS Project Manager Dip. PM, WHS, FLM, PMI PMP Kiri has 12 years’ experience in construction management in the electrical sector from AS3000 Installations, WPC Distribution and Transmission Maintenance and Construction Contracts and Project Management. Continual study combined with dedication and a commitment to exceeding stakeholder expectations and obligations has seen Kiri execute and successfully deliver a vast array of multimillion dollars construction projects over the past 12 years.

KERRY GLENNAN Project Manager
Kerry has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry within the Civil Engineering and Electrical Transmission Sector. Kerry began her career as a trainee Quantity Surveyor in England in 2000 working on a variety of projects in the Civil Engineering sector from Government body joint ventures to multi million pound city regeneration projects. Progressing to Project QS and moving into the Electrical Transmission sector in 2010 before immigrating to Australia in 2013. Since moving to Australia Kerry has continued to work within the Electrical Transmission Sector working directly for Western Power for over 5 years as Contract Administrator before moving into Project Management with Supersett Constructions Pty Ltd.
BELINDA EVANS Administration Manager
Belinda has 35 years office management, HR and bookkeeping experience. Belinda has diversified experience in administration, work mining and abroad for the Western Australian Agent General, in London for 2 years before relocating to the South West into a Senior Management position for a private business enterprise, specialising in imports, sales and service of Civil and Farming equipment for 15 years. Belinda is an integral member of Supersett, demonstrated throughout her 5 years of employment.
SAMANTHA PILGRIM Administration Assistant
Sam 30 years’ experience working in the Administration field in the mining, earth moving and construction industries. Born in WA and grew up in the South West, her working career has been in the Bunbury surrounding areas, up to Perth and as well as in the Pilbara with FIFO experience. She has a Diploma in Secretarial and Administrative Studies and has experience working in Payroll and Accounts.

He takes great pride in having a safe workplace and meeting targets to complete jobs on time and safety.

Certificate III Carpentry and Joinery Joey has 21 years construction and mining experience. His vast experience and knowledge advanced Joey in leadership roles and most recently 4 years’ experience in Supervision. With his industry experience Joey prides, himself on his Safety History and ability to identify, mitigate and manage construction risks to assist Supersett Construction Pty Ltd. and their clients alike achieve safety objectives.
