Strengths

They call their failure in the sync 4 software a misstep.
• Ford is very dependent on the U.S and European market. It limits its profits and revenues. Experts have made a prediction that most of the cars revenue will come from China and Indias emerging market.

• Ford is a dangerous competition with its rival companies Such as Tesla, Toyota, and Tata.
• Steel and Steel coil material price is rising thus can affect Fords cost and profit margin. • Teslas mile range for every full charge is 470 miles. 170 miles more than the Mach-E.
• Tesla’s cyber truck will be released in 2021 which can go over 500 miles in a
