Navid has been a CA licensed Broker since January 2003. He’s successfully worked in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, foreclosures and short sales, with a career as a mortgage broker in residential and commercial lending. A 20th century history buff, Rich has lived in the Bay Area since 1980 except for stints in New York City and Los Angeles. Obtaining his Real Estate Broker license in 2002, he started as a residential mortgage consultant and transitioned into real estate after numerous clients complained about their real estate agents and asked him to assist them in their transactions. His years serving clients has taught him clients most value simplifying home purchase process and reducing the associated risks and uncertainties as much as possible.
