As an architect it is our responsibility to create a places that gives more pleasure and happiness and value to the dwellers, to neighbors, to community. A project without goal and holistic care is body without soul. Places can make people live,love and laugh, unlikely sad or dull at the same time if not designed properly.
I am recent graduate of architecture from the Abedian School of Architecture, Queensland. This portfolio is collected sample of my overall Portfolio and showcase various range of projects from studies and work. And also highlights other activities and participation that helped me to build a Graduate of Architecture and also a person I am now.
These work covers an idea of creating spaces for the people according to their needs with the approach of combining senses, emotions, memorable moments and that desired way that goes into delivering a spatial project.

It started with the initial approach to the site. The most noticeable things were on-site is its historical significance with the Tweed River frontage and the view to Mount Warning. The short movie making has given us a critical eye to identify and understand the beauty of nature and the importance of the site with the surrounding elements. I started with responding to the immediate opportunities available such as Water, Mount Warning, Green lush Landscape. As the site has opportunities, but it does have for instance threats such as Flood levels and Harsh Summer months. As the site comes under the NSW territory, it has a Tropical Climate.

To respond site I started to scribble my design intention on tracing paper. The first step was to provide the framed views with overlooking Tweed River and the Mount Warning. Then to identify the building mass to inform the site condition and Considering the simplicity of nature. It is not necessary to respond to the local character we only can do by imitating. it can be more efficient and workable design if the local traditional building styles and the local character are combined with the contemporary styles and the material which makes it more environment responsive design approach.

I conducted some shadow analysis to analyse which would be ideal position for the building envelope. To maximise the heating and ventilation I incorporateed some wind pockets which can be utilise to get breeze during summer and easter side is trated with some facade tratment such as slidiing and astaking louvres.

Palm Beach has developed as a distinct, diverse cultural value in Gold coast. It has served many essential functions as in the development of the local community and urban centre. The site we got to work was used to be a playroom with the other complementary activities. Since then now it is being used a car park of the Palm Beach hotel and for other bars, restaurants.

We have given a brief with a set of requirements to distribute in a group of two people. In a group, I had Viviane as my group work partner. According to the requirements, we tried to disperse the sets of functions based on its specific use. My role, was focusing on the playroom, studios and residential spaces which came through lots of ideas and concepts at the beginning. The process of ideas and developing the brief frequently progressed further with practical and technical inputs from our mentors Lindsay Clare and Kerry Clare. Along with the directions with no exception, Justin Twohill was always there to resolve the design issues.

The Ayurvedic Detox retreat centre is located into a vast landscape and surrounded by farmlands. The idea behind bringing the retreat at Murwillumbah was to accommodate people from various age groups diagnosed with mental and physical health issues. The leading cause of these issues was a mental stress. The center will act as a with various programs focused on improving the overall health of body and mind. Centre has distinct Ayurvedic therapies originated from India and with Naturopathy therapies.

Planning Methodology : Ancient Vastushastra
Site Plan
In planning an Ancient Vastushastra is tailored to make it more aligned with law of nature and the universe. Vastu has considerations such as a planetary movement is affecting the human mind and physiology. Initial hand sketch was drawn, keeping the idea of simplicity and Vastushastra planning principles. Those were then conceptualised with site condition with using the climatic aspect. Further insights were synthesised on planning an ideal location to emphasise the natural daylight and efficient natural ventilation within the building envelope.

An incredible projet just after starting at MPS. I was so lucky to have worked on this project under Andrew Charity. Initially I was so amazed and little bit worried after looking at the scale of the project. However, it made so easy to kick start with the help of Andrew. He was so clear with his instructions and I always tried to communicate and coordinate my ideas and questions clearly. so that we both can understand each other and also to deal with porject issues. It felt like incredible journey after working on this project at MPS.

While working on this project I had an opprtunity to apply my previous knowledge of learning about NDIS standards. It was a great opprtunnity to use previous industry experience in arranging the PWD layout for the club. I was able to understand the necessary clearances and required minimun dimensions for this project and applied where applicable using AS 1428.

While working on Bridgefiled Resident Club I was introduced on Greenwood Rec Club Project. It was a great opportunity to work on big scale project. And both were in different states as well. With this project I transferred my lerning from previous project which was much clear and faster to impliment. Andrew as always helped me clearing the fundamental issues of construction details and other major things duriing this project. All other staff members also helped me in many diifferent ways during this project. I thank them all for heping me gain great working

I learned how to manage complex design and how construction documentation are being prepared for big recreational project. I was able to understand the construction details and how material are being used as we were reciving the engineering and other consultant drawings. Andrew helped me understand the details a lot and made clearer.

This multi residential project is located in Capalaba. I prepared working drawings for each 7 buildings. The total units are 31 which houses for 1 & 2 bedroom, living, dining & kitchen. Also, there were 4 units are designed for high physical support (SDA) needs. This refers to the NDIS standards.

Whle working with the development firm I was able to gain a valuable experince of the BA & DA approval process. Producing a contuction documentation work for ongoing project as well as observing what is being built on site provided me a fair understanding of how drawings talks when execution come on site. I was also fortunate to get the support from my director who always enouraged me to visit and observe the construction process.

This multi residential project is proposed in Capalaba. I prepared DA set drawings for each 11 buildings. The total units are 70 which houses for 1 & 2,3 bedroom, living, dining & kitchen. Also, there are 9 units designed for high physical support (SDA) needs. This refers to the NDIS

Preparing the DA set initially seems to be challenging. As I worked my though the information requests provided by the Red land City Council I started getting the understanding of how to refer to the PD online. I was able to check the performance requirements and with what could be the achievable outcome. Our directer helped me a lot throughout the process and helping me preparing the DA set for approval. Also, how to accommodate the car parking spaces within the fix column design was also a learning opportunity for me.

I was given the task to prepares renders for the project while also working on the DA. I prepared renders for the different types of units which includes 1,2,3 bhk. In addition, I prepared few fly-through as well for whole project and for each units as well showing interior details and amenities. The project is located in Rajasthan. I worked on school design development with the school building and rental student apartments within the school precinct. Throughout the school project, I worked towards making it more design efficient with incorporating sustainable design approach.

A sustainable approach is taken after analysing different models. Then I took on the path to create various options for school elevation keeping in mind to make it playful and appealing for school children. There were many classroom options with varied requirements of the brief. While designing a school balcony, I took a spatial approach to make it more dynamic design.

Architectural Technician I was assigned to deliver construction documentation for the shop front fit out project. In short term contract I was able to deliver the project with following standards and tight deadlines. In this experience I learned about how an architectural practice work with tight deadlines. Also how the project documentation is prepared along with working out joinery details for the project.

As per the given brief by supervisor (Peter Gardiner) I developed the project from concept to design development phase. The important things to consider was to respond to the given context of the busy eagle street which offers valuable views of to the site. The Brisbane river and Story Bridge. The development was comprised of mixed use with commercial and residential floors.

While working at Tesla outsourcing Pty. Ltd. I was engaged in preparing a construction documentation and drawings for the overseas clients. The client I worked for based of different locations such as USA, Canada, Australia. While working with the different projects from various locations. I got familiar with understanding the standard procedures to prepare the construction drawings for particular project. I also got familiar with different building bylaws and building codes. The fire rating consideration with allocated construction details showing materials specification. Apart form that I worked for in preparation of plans, elevation and sections for the projects.
