Dear Candidate, MC Gursha Revolution 14.15 is very excited to be launching this Application and waiting for those amazing individuals, who will be working together with us in delivering satisfactory experiences in AIESEC in Ethiopia. You will have a great experience working with AIESEC and we look forward to meeting you through your application and hopefully in person soon. In this application you will be able to use all your creativity when creating and designing you own application form. Please read all the requirements needed. Successful applicants will join either the OC for Y2B or FIRED UP depending on what they applied for to host the biggest Y2B and FIRED UP conference ever!! Successful applicants will be responsible for procuring sponsorship and partners for the events via AIESEC in Ethiopia’s platform with adequate support from the BD team. This opportunity is open to everyone that meets the requirements. *** Applicants should note that this is a VOLUNTEER opportunity and NO salary will be paid. Successful applicants will gain:  Event management skills  Sales skills  Public speaking skills  Increase network of contacts  Upgrade their CV/ Resume  Team management and leadership skills


Key performance indicators/ Measure of Success:  No. of people attending events hosted  No. of event partners  No. of new partnerships.  Amount of revenue generated.

Requirements  Excellent communication skills (English and/or Amharic).  Analytic skills.  Sales and marketing skills.  Graphics designer skills preferred.  AIESEC knowledge.  Previous sales experience and experience related to the role She/he is applying for.  Team player and effective communicator.

OCVP External Relations Public Relations Management Raise and manage media partnership for the event and ensure information about the event is well spread. Coordination with MCVP MAC, MCVP BD and Event Manager for strategy implementation Responsible for awareness creation and brand exposure for AIESEC in Ethiopia with regards to Y2B. Synergy with OCVP IM and other members of the team. Ideal Profile Strong sense of marketing and brand management Creative thinking for event designs Event/ project management skills Good command of English Language and Amharic (Speaking and written) This role is merged with IM for Graphics designing skills FIRED UP OC


OCVP Finance Budget management Invoice management Onsite finance management Responsible for cost effective allocation of funds Prepare day to day and cumulative report of finances Synergize with OCVP sales to generate funds for the event Coordination with MCVP Finance, Legal and Administration

Ideal Profile Previous working experience in the finance portfolio Good command of English language Financial analysis skills Business and financial related background.


OCVP Logistics + Team  Coordinate the acquisition, transfer and storage of all the session material and event logistics in liaison with other teams  Planning all the logistical activities before, during and after the event  Responsible for ensuring all materials needed for the event are available  Support in identification and mitigation of tasks  Synergy with OCVP ER, Sales, Finance and IM  Responsible for keeping track/record of all activities in relation to the event. Ideal Profile  Ability to multitask and complete tasks effectively  Ability to synergize and communicate effectively with other team mates


OCVP Sales + Team  Raise partnerships, Partner servicing and management before, during and after the event  Segmenting the market and compiling target list.  Taking up new leads by e-mailing, calling and meeting prospective partners.  Designing and Selling AIESEC product (Events and Internships) to companies.  Deliver satisfactory experiences for the company Ideal Profile  Previous sales and marketing experience  Good command of English language ( spoken and written proficiency)  Market segmentation and product development skills  Event management skills


OCVP IM  Social Media marketing – involving network into discussion and increasing outreach  Designing and content creation to reach to the right audience on social platforms  Developing platforms to ensure smooth internal and external information session  Synergize with OCVP Sales and ER Ideal Profile  Creative and innovative  IT and graphics designing skills  Detail oriented approach  Quick learner


OCVP Delegate Servicing  Delegate invitation, registration and coordination before, during and after the event.  Ensuring goody bags, booklets and other materials for delegates are well distributed.  Ensuring smooth internal communication in synergy with OCVP IM  Synergy with Ocvp sales, ER, IM to ensure events processes are well managed. Ideal Profile  Interpersonal and team management skills  Detail oriented  Thoughtful and people oriented  Communication skills  Experience in customer relations and servicing
