Building Skilled, Experienced Human Resources Professionals

An applied business program rooted in the liberal arts

The 40-hour, cohort-based Master of Human Resources program is designed for both experienced HR professionals—including trainers, recruiters, consultants, and analysts—as well as early career HR professionals. Cohorts move through the program in lockstep, meaning everyone on the full-time track takes the same courses during the semester. In addition to the six required core courses, students select four electives focused on a variety of human resources areas, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning. Bottom line: At Rollins, you’ll develop the strategies for establishing relationships, analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and evaluating effectiveness that will uniquely prepare you for postgraduation success.
