What we offer you EP Coach A personal EP Coach is going to support you during the whole process, from the beginning on until you come back from your internship. He or she will give you advice about how to apply, how to search for good internships etc. Your EP coach will stay in contact with you during your internship and is your first contact partner in any case of problems. Exchange Preparation Seminar (XPS) The participation at the XPS is mandatory for all EPs who want to go abroad. At the seminar, which will take place on a Saturday, you will get all the required information about AIESEC, how to use the AIESEC database, cultural preparation etc. The seminar prepares you for your experience abroad so that you can get the maximum out of your internship. After your participation at the XPS you will receive access to the AIESEC database. AIESEC Internship database After attending the XPS we offer you access to our huge internship database on myaiesec.net where you can look for internships and write as many applications as you want during your access period of 6 months. We offer you different types of internships with different requirements in NGOs and known enterprises such as PWC or L’Oréal. You will have your own profile and you can use different searching tools to filter internships. You can select internships between countries, functional areas, durations, companies, required skills etc. International Exchange Policies The International Exchange Policies is a document, published by AIESEC International and defines your rights in case something goes wrong during your internship (for example if you get ill and have to return home earlier than expected, if your job is not the one on your job description, ... ) The explanation of this document is part of the Exchange Preparation Seminar (XPS).
