INFLUENCE i enjoy understanding and appreaciating art, architecture and design especially during my basic years at spatial design. It allowed me to gain a new sensitivity and also cater to people from how they react and fill up the void in the spaces we have.
With reference to my Historical studies during my first year, i came across the word UKIYO and this word allowed me to understand the state of people. If we live in the moment in the spaces and the problems away. It sparks a question that i cannot answer due to the

We were tasked to create a space which is on the site of Bras Besar Complex. Studying existing factors and circulation of people and etc. Our designs must be similar of feel for the typologies, Malay House, Chinese Shophouses, Black and White House and HDBS. My design was made to make the feel the same but the demonstration and journey through the exhibition would be different from the typologies because its about the similar experience but new twist to it.

WAS
ABOUT
CREATING
A
UTOPIA SPACE. I TOOK IT AS A CHALLENGE TO DEMONSTRATE THE CHANGES AND HOW SOCIETY WORKS IN THE CURRENT DAY AND HOW IT WILL BE IN MY OWN IDEOLOGY. I ALWAYS FELT THAT THE INTEGRATION OF PEOPLE
FROM
CULTURES,
HABITS
AND
DIFFERENT PROFFESSIONS ALLOW FOR A MUTATION AND A CAGE EFFECT THAT WE ARE ALL PRECONCEIVED IN. HOWEVER THIS INTEGRATION DIFFERENT
CAUSES
THINKING
OVERWHELMING.

SEEDLINGS
BE IN
THE FOREST WHICH COMPETE TO GET THE MOST SUNLIGHT, THE CITY IS GROWING OUT OF THE CAGE WHICH ALLOWS FOR A NEW CITY AND NEW TOWNS, GROUPS OF PEOPLE WHO THINK THE SAME TO EMERGE. THE UTOPIA OF FREEDOM OF CHOICE,
"WHAT IS UTOPIA? WHAT IS YOUR DISTOPIA? PERSONALLY BOTH OF THIS ASPECTS ARE LIKE IN A BALANCING SCALE, THEY EXIST TO CONTRADICT EACH OTHER BUT MAKE A SOCIETY" 39

IMPACT PORTFOLIO BY ROMENCH BAUTISTA IS A TESTAMENT AND A BIOGRAPHY OF HIS JOURNEY AS A DESIGNER IT'S ABOUT PRACTICING AND HIS EXPLORATION OF BEING LOST AND FINDING THE ESSENSE OF THINGS PEOPLE AND SPACES THAT CAN'T BE SEEN OR FELT AS IT IS.
ITS THE BIOGRAPHY OF HOW HIS DESIGN SENSITIVITY AND CURIOUSITY GIVE HIM NEW OUTCOMES AND NEW PRODUCT. IT IS THE JOY AND THE IMPACT HIS DESIGNS WILL MAKE FOR THE PEOPLE.
