Romet is the only company in Poland to make frames for electric bicycles on a mass scale. Manufacturing takes place in one of the most advanced factories in Europe, with a full production process from concept and prototypes to the finished product using Industry 4.0 technology. Romet e-bike frames are made on robotised production lines, which guarantees quality repeatability and high precision.

Painting of the frames is also automated. In addition, our paint kitchen allows you to achieve a virtually unlimited palette of original colours, also according to your own formulas.

As a manufacturer, we have full design and technology facilities. We test all components. We run fatigue and impact tests, as well as tests in a climatic chamber. Using sophisticated apparatus, every component of the bicycle can be tested in both the virtual and real worlds, with the result that processes occurring during use can be reflected before the bicycle goes into serial production.
