WIthin the framework of the proposed project ,Situated at a prominent road junction, the concept of this project was to enhancing street connecticity and visual appeal from both the front and back. This project aims to integrate various functionalities within a single building and create a lively hub that enhances the urban fabric and support local businesses.

The section drawing reveals a well-organized layout and ample parking space is provided shops and tech stores designed to attract foot traffice, Above the retail floors, the building ty and collaboration, with open-plan layouts, The upper levels towards the junction facade

provided in the basement. The lower levels are dedicated to retail spaces, featuring a variety of building houses several levels of office spaces. These areas are designed to foster productivifacade include social and recreational areas, such as cafes, lounges, and rooftop gardens.

The workspace interior features a double-height lobby with wood-paneled walls, polished light flooring, and glass railings. It has hanging pendant lights, a prominent directory board, and ample natural light from hip-end skylight.

We created a space that has a soul. Creating a special podium where the new arrivals are showcased, which is focused since the first step through the entry of the boutique, is taken as a datum. As for how we were able to make the dresses speak is, muting the surrounding enclosures and neutral coloured furniture to direct the visitor’s eyes directly upon the vibrant fabric masterpieces.

The historical Newar City of Banepa stands for “Place of Business” literally derived from its name “Bane” means ‘Business’ and “Pa” means ‘Place’. Banepa’s rich history as a hub of business and trade development serves as the foundation for this design. Central to the design is the motif of wheels, symbolizing the continuous movement and progress associated with trade and transportation. The circular forms not only reference the wheels of vehicles but also represent the cycles of commerce and the flow of goods and people through Banepa.Ergonomic seating follows the curvature of the circular structures, offering comfort and a unique visual experience.
