Initially to get an idea of what we wanted are business to be like we all jus wrote down are interest and looked at wheeze are common links were. We all try to be politically and socially aware of what’s happening in the world. We began talking about social and political issues that where important to us. Then I said how it feels like the news already expects you to know the detail to how and why certain events have happened in the world, and how it is so difficult to engage in the news as young people. We all then began to consider how we would have liked to of had something there for us that would have informed us about how and why things were happening so that we could engage better with the news on issues such as the economy and the terror attack in Paris. We looked at how most media has a very right-wing agenda as most major news sources tend to be owned but right-wing moguls. We wanted something the was more objective rather than biased.

The haiku was helpful in that it forced us individually to think of how we viewed this business and what we thought we’d be delivering, content wise. ! Thinking of the name is really difficult and for now we’ve just gone with PR!NT.

Working out your own skill is really hard; it was much easier for me personally to help other people with theirs than my own. ! Having to create individual manifestos meant that when we revealed them to each other it made you realise whether you where all on the same page and if you were communicating successfully together as a unit.

We had are first organised pow wow, which allowed us to go over some big things. With everyone given different tasks we were able to get a better idea of the market we would be entering with this business.

A big decision which happened was that we settled on a name., the concept of you see came from me and the idea that when some on was confused with an event or subject another person who would be informing them would say “well you see‌â€? The title of the paper almost becomes a witty play on words and the simplification of you see to U C makes a cool looking eye logo which ties the brand all in together

Initially I focused more on the financing side of things. Looking at where we could get printed and where the studio could be set up. The cost of all of these things and I looked a little into costing for commissions and paying ourselves, though I think I could have looked at that further.

Simple ad-libing over what the company was and what it represented.
