The 4 Steps Toward Legacy Prosperity This is my 40th year in the Ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, I am led to offer this Biblical FrameWork to offset the fallout from the Recession, Sequestration, Foreclosure, Unemployment and the breakdown of a Strong and Positive Family Legacy. I believe it is a work of Commanded Action! THE Commanded ACTION: Be Re-Positioned in God's Original Posture ~ "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth" Gen. 1:26-28 KJV God's Family Legacy Promise ~'Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth' Revelation 3:10 NIV. Without circumventing the place of God, but forging a Family Legacy Plan of Action by using the Word of God, I offer the following Framework: An Educational, Evangelistic and Economic Empowering Ministry which rises out of John 1:29-51 and other supporting scriptural references: A 12 Month Revitalizing Educational Ministry under the Biblical Authority of Acts 2:41-47; Acts 11:26 and the supportive texts relating to John 1:29-51. The objective of this Educating Ministry is that it will be transformational to meet the 'Next Day' needs of those being affected by the Recession, Sequestration, Foreclosure, Unemployment and the breakdown of a Strong and Positive Family Legacy. We have also incorporated A Family Legacy Institute with the Continuing Education Unit compliment. A Jesus Directed - Reinvigorating Evangelistic Ministry under the Biblical Authority of Matthew 28:16-20. John 1:29-51 provides 'the reinvigorating key to a great Evangelistic move', its focus is upon verse 39 and the Invitation from Jesus, 'Come and See'. A Refreshing Jubilee Foundation For Economic Empowerment under the Biblical Authority of Leviticus 25:1-55, Deuteronomy 15:1-18, Isaiah 61:1,2 and Luke 4:16-21. Jesus is our Jubilee and His ministry colors the impartation of refreshment through the resurrection, the activity of teaching, the coming together to pray and present Jesus in the breaking of bread, Koinonia or the blessing of fellowship among the covenant community and the caring for those in need. Using the 12 Disciples of Jesus, I am structuring this Framework in the Generations of a Family and use the names of the 12 Disciples of Jesus noting Ministry and Service.

I: The Andrew Generation, Enroll - John 1:29-34 (Education) John the Baptist noticed Andrew had a unique and useful trait. "He was a man of Action" says William P. Barker, author of Twelve Who Were Chosen. "He never had much to say; he believed in doing. Whenever he is mentioned in the New Testament, he is bringing someone to meet Jesus." Step One, Take Action, start your generational development by initially becoming an informed Andrew Generation enrollee in the Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry. A. Review The Family Legacy Booklet and its Ministry Covenant along with the Enrollment Form. Both informative pieces are in the back of the Legacy Booklet. B. You're Enrolled. $25 goes into our Capital Stewardship Campaign and $25 into your Jubilee Reward Account. With your enrollment you will begin to receive (by Email or text to your smart phone ~ The Morning Priesthood of Prayer Devotional, The Dr. Ronnie Joyner Daily and the 4pm Tweet/Text & Facebook Post). Who do you know that would be greatly helped by The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry and its educational material? You may pass these materials on to family members, v.41 and friends, v.45. Continuing Education Units, through the School of Theology of Virginia Union University, Richmond, Va will be awarded per each ten contact hours. II: After Enrollment, you have the option of becoming a Legacy-Preneur at this juncture because of the Invitation offered by Jesus - John1:35-39 (Training for Evangelism and Economic Empowerment) It is at this juncture an enrollee can have their designation changed. I want to introduce you to the designation, LegacyPreneur. I am sure you have heard of an Entrepreneur? A widely held definition of an entrepreneur is a person who organizes and manages a business or industrious undertaking. Organizing (dressing, Gen.2:8) and managing (keeping, Gen.2:8) is your Adam and Eve response in your home (Eden). As an industrious undertaking, we have designated Legacy-preneurs as 'Discipling Evangelists' in The Year of Jubilee Family Legacy Ministry. A Legacy-Preneur honors the John the Baptist Principle and Introduces the Family Legacy Ministry to the Andrew & Philip of their life, v. 35-37. As a Legacy Preneur, you begin to learn from your initial training titled Making Your Family Legacy and Making Disciples. This ministry is provided on pages 31-33 of our Legacy Booklet. This Training honors the 'Next Day' Question of all learners/followers, 'What Seek Thee?', v. 38 and the Invitation of Jesus to find your answers when He says 'Come and See', v.39. III. Now, the 'Come and See' Invitation. "Come" is in the present imperative which is a command to do something in the future and involves continuous or repeated action. "See" is in the aorist imperative and means a command for doing something in the future that is a simple action.

The text says, " He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour". The verb abode is descriptive of what Andrew and Philip did that day and describes what a learner and follower of Jesus Christ must do everyday. For Family Legacy purposes, we deem it quite appropriate that John 15 provide "life within the Vine" daily. Our 12 Month Family Legacy Curriculum will provide practical Biblical Directives that produce Biblical Values, engage you in Faith Teaching and inspire Learning for Fathers, Mothers, Sons and Daughters. Such 'Next Day' Educational, Evangelistic and Economic Empowerment features will be undergirded from Abiding with Jesus and His Word all day, everyday. The Philip Generation: Barker says, "Philip, in his own quiet, practical and sometimes skeptical way, was amazingly effective in bringing others to Jesus. In fact, wherever else he is mentioned in the New Testament, Philip in introducing someone to Jesus." Philip, along with Andrew was a disciple of John the Baptist, v.35. As John's Disciple, he along with Andrew bridges the gap in starting the ministry of Jesus in this Jordan Region. Their dialogue is interesting. Jesus finds Philip and said to him, Follow me, v.43. Philip and Nathaniel have an interesting exchange in verses 45 and 46. Finally, verses 46-51 carries the dialogue between Jesus and Nathaniel. Would you review this dialogue, I believe there is helpful knowledge for you and your family. This dialogical method may be helpful in building your Philip Generation. Why not talk with Sam and Gwen. Verbal Exchange can be clarifying and liberating. In light of the Educational Aspect of this ministry, the education must be to revitalize your gifting to rise above the effects of the recession, sequestration, foreclosure, unemployment and the breakdown of a strong and positive Family Legacy. The Evangelistic Aspect must be to reinvigorate your gifting to reach others with the answers of God and become learners and followers of His Will. In that Economic Empowerment is a vital promised gift of Jesus, John 10:10, this gifting must be passed on through Jubilee Rewards that these Jubilee Rewards puts back what has been lost. In short, it is because you are part of this Covenant Community that this restoration can occur, Acts 4:32-35. Dialogically, we must provide restoration of the individual and the soul of their family. This must be paramount. Herein is the practice of our Faith! Education, Evangelism and Economic Empowerment continues. Again, like all Generations follow the John the Baptist Principle and remain textually obedient. Verse 41 says, He first found his own brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which is translated, the Christ). Building strong Family Legacies is occasioned by reaching our biological brothers and sisters with this Good News. I am happy to introduce to you my older brother Sam and my older sister Gwen as active Legacy-Preneurs in this ministry. $25 from each of them is placed in our Capital Stewardship Campaign and $25 per month being added to your personal Jubilee Account. Reaching brothers and even our sisters with the gospel of Jesus Christ is the No.1 need in every family. Much has not changed within our society over the last 12 years when it comes to handling anger and resolving conflict. Deborah Prothrow-Stith, then director of Violence Research at Harvard Injury Control Center said, “half of the homicides in the U.S. occur among people who know each other. 20% of the time, the victim and assailant are in the same family, and 30% of the time they are friends, 3
acquaintances, neighbors or co workers… the problem of violence in America is in large part a problem of getting along with people we know. Handling anger and resolving conflict without violence are skills we need”1. John 1:42 presents a ministry which clarified the purpose of Peter. Jesus facilitated this revealing period of transition for Peter. Such an outreach will be celebrated monthly. With violent deaths occurring daily in our community, we want to bring some John 1:42 answers to avert more senseless deaths. Joblessness and hopelessness spurns anger and violence, we want to help young men and women find themselves and impact their families in a more positive way. The Peter Generation “’So you are Simon’, Jesus heard of Simon from Andrew. Seeming to size him up, Jesus spoke again, and those nearby who knew Simon must have collapsed with laughter. Jesus told Simon, ‘From now on, your name shall be Peter.’ Peter is the word for rock. Our words petroleum and petrified come from the same root. It was as though Jesus had called shifting sand Simon the nickname, Old Gibraltar. Everyone who knew Simon realized the contradiction of the name to the man’s character, and it was a wonderful joke on Simon. The name Peter or Rock got the same laugh as the tiny when applied to a six foot, two hundred pound giant, or Curley when calling a bald man. Peter was exactly opposite of Simon…Others saw only weaknesses in Simon and Jesus saw these too. But Jesus saw other qualities as well. He saw potentialities in Simon that no one else had seen, and offered the nickname Peter as a challenge. It spoke of His faith and hope in Simon. The name Peter challenged Simon to live up to His faith and hope. It put backbone into his life and Simon rose from being a moral amoeba to a moral vertebrate. That is the way Jesus acts. He offers to every man a challenge to live a new life. Many men have tried to live down nicknames, but Simon tried to live up to his nickname. With impetuosity that was typical of Simon Peter, he decided on the spot that he would follow Jesus. He had many slips, and there were many occasions when he was anything but the rock his nickname implied.” 2 Following the John the Baptist Principle Sam extend the Lamb's Invitation of Come and See to Simon and Patricia. Gwen extend the Lamb's Invitation to Clyde and Cinnamon. Check the Chart, you will see that $175 is being generated in the Capital Stewardship Campaign and $175 into your personal Jubilee Account. some helpful background information on Nathaniel. “The world saw him as a cynic. Jesus saw a cynic-and something more. That very morning, Jesus had passed an arbor and had casually looked inside. He saw a man earnestly reading his Bible and praying. The man thought he could not be seen, and no one but Jesus knew that the man secretly Generation Total Disciples Total Jubilee Rewards searching and wrestling for a real faith was Andrew (1) 1 $ 25.00 Nathaniel, the man the world knew as a cynic. Philip (2) 3 $ 75.00 Somehow, a friend, Philip finally got Nathaniel to Peter (3) 7 $ 175.00 meet Jesus, v.46. Jesus did not care what the world Nathanial (4) 15 $ 375.00 said, for He saw a man who had qualities that the James (5) 31 $ 775.00 world did not realize. Anyone who could seriously John (6) 63 $ 1,575.00 study and meditate and pray and think, as this man Matthew (7) 127 $ 3,175.00 was doing, was searching hard. He was a man of Thomas (8) 255 $ 6,375.00 conviction, intelligence, sincerity and depth. Jesus James (9) 511 $ 12,775.00 talked with him, v.47. He befriended Nathaniel and Simon (10) 1023 $ 25,575.00 brought out what the world-and perhaps even Judas (11) 2047 $ 51,175.00 Nathaniel never knew was in him, vv. 48-51. Matthias (12) 4095 $ 102,375.00 Nathaniel eventually became one of the Twelve Disciples, the inner circle of friends and companions of Christ."3 Cynics can be converted. I pray that the cynic in you will hear the voice of Jesus as Nathaniel did, will you allow him? Simon enrolled after his cynic conversion like Nathaniel. He yielded to the speaking of Jesus through this Family Legacy Ministry & its Institute. Simon posted his conversion on Facebook and two of his frat brothers reached out to him. They had lunch and both of them, Mel and Raymond enrolled. Patricia had her non-biblical convictions challenged after listening to a Priesthood of Prayer Post. Asking for some help from Pastor Joyner, she also was sharing with her sister who had been praying for her and out of one of those Come and See Moments, was led to Christ by her sister Cinnamon. Subsequently Cinnamon began to be a Legacy -Preneur and created a stronger Legacy relationship with Clyde and Cynthia. Tapping into what many refer to as a Simon Peter Vein (derived from the Day of Pentecost Sermon, Acts 2:14-41) Patricia, Cinnamon and Clyde reached out to Kandy and Clem, Bennet and Victory. Your Evangelistic and Jubilee Reward growth is evident by $25 going to You from Clyde and Cynthia; Mel and Raymond; Kandy and Clem as well as Bennet and Victory ~ and $25 from each of them going to the Capital Stewardship Campaign. Theologically, I believe this is what Our Lord instructed us to do before His Ascension in the Great Commission, Matthew 28:18-20 and in the embryology of the New Testament Church, Acts 2:41-47. extremely Empowering way to generate an income so we can build for Kingdom Purposes and create Positive Family Legacies. The chart forecasts the potential. It is potential which will literally impact everyday life with the Kingdom of God and simultaneously impact the kingdom of this world with unseen salvation proportions. We yearn for such a day, "The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign forever and ever.� Rev. 11:15 NIV. IV. The chart gives a description of your Evangelistic Activity and Economic Empowerment which can be generated monthly in this ministry. Jesus had 12 Disciples. He has given us this Kingdom Outline for Success.
