Survey Background

The aim of the 2021 Member Survey by the Social Committee was to give each and every member the opportunity to have their say and further; to provide the PCV with demographic data for the strategic planning of future events. The survey analysis defined scenarios and trends that will impact on future logistics, financial planning and the PCV culture.
Of prime importance was that the Club does the following: • Continues to meet the needs of active members. • Provides quality events. • Creates events that are inclusive for all, including inactive members.
Survey Questions Content was derived from members’ feedback comments held in the Survey Monkey archive - dating from 2016 to current day. To gain deeper insights, comments were also sought from individual members, newer and older.
Members Involved in the Survey: Survey respondent’s: 1126 Primary Members (668 active & 458 inactive). Completed responses: 388 Response rate: 46% of active members & 18% of inactive members

* Harriet Anson and Vicki Sturzaker’s suggestion that partners of primary members (a cohort of 690), be invited to take part in future Survey Monkey feedback, has resonated and will be included in the action arising from the survey analysis.
