Terms
• $250 minimum order requirement
• New accounts must fill out our new account form and agree to eeBoo terms & conditions before placing an order.
• Orders under $250.00 will be subject to a $10.00 surcharge.
• All orders shipping to a residential address subject to a $5.00 surcharge.
• Minimum quantities specified on price sheet.
• VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or Proforma for 1st-time orders. NO C.O.D.
• Orders that are held for pre-payment will be canceled after 30 days.
• 20% restocking fee automatically charged for canceled P.O.’s & unauthorized returns.
• Credit Card required on 1st orders. Credit applications must be submitted to receive 30-day terms on reorders. eeBoo reserves the right to refuse credit on any account. A finance charge of 2.0% per month is applied to past due balances. Invoices that are not paid on time are subject to reversal of promotions and discounts. Accounts that are not paid after 60 days will have to prepay all future orders. (Unpaid invoices are submitted to a collection agency after 90 days.) Shipment on orders is contingent upon compliance with these terms.

• Prices are effective Jan 2023 thru Dec 2023 and subject to change without notice.
• Our lead time is 2 weeks from time of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless discussed with eeBoo beforehand.
• All orders will be shipped FOB Clinton, MA, 01510 via UPS Ground or Trucking (LTL) unless otherwise discussed with eeBoo.
• Any account that cannot receive truck shipments (LTL) or require special handling, must notify eeBoo in advance.
• Freight is calculated based on percentage of order total before discounts are applied.
• $2.50 handling charge may apply to all orders.
• Product may vary slightly from catalog images.
• Styles in assortments may vary based on availability.
• All sales are final. Recipient must report any damages, short-ships, or shipping problems within 3 days of shipment delivery or customer forfeits all remedies.
• Re-orders will not be shipped until all past due orders are paid.
• Online Sales: The sale of eeBoo products on Amazon.com and any other third- party platforms is strictly prohibited, as eeBoo sells via one exclusive Amazon distributor. Reseller may sell eeBoo products online from their dedicated business retail site only. Reseller agrees NOT to sell any eeBoo product on Amazon.com, eBay, Jet, Newegg, WalMart, Macy’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Mercari, Etsy, or other third-party retail websites. Failure to comply will result in account termination.
• MAP Policy: Retailers may only advertise eeBoo products at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Please contact us for MAP pricing details. MAP violations will result in account termination.
• eeBoo will automatically ship backorders over $90 unless “No Back Orders Allowed” is specifically noted on the order or unless a cancel date is given. All other backorders must reach a minimum of $60 to be shipped or can be added to your next order.
• Any account outside of the continental United States will be contacted regarding freight.
• Customers shall pay eeBoo all costs, expenses, legal and collection fees as incurred by eeBoo in enforcing the terms and conditions for provisions as allowed by law.
• All orders subject to sales dept. approval.
• eeBoo makes no guarantees on territory protection.
• U.S. customers cannot sell eeBoo outside of the U.S. without prior approval.
