The library would like to welcome all students, new and returning, to the new Rooney Library. The new location of the library will mean some adjustments for returning students. There is no longer a talking area. All of the library is now to be regarded as a quiet study area. Please respect your fellow students and allow them to work in peace and quiet.

Managing Your References The library recommends that students familiarise themselves with at least one bibliographic management tool. At the moment we recommend the use of Zotero. This is an Open Source, downloadable program that can be installed on your own PC to help you keep track of articles and books etc. you have used in your research. However this tool only works with the Mozilla Firefox browser. The library also has a number of guides relating to citations. Please check with your department regarding which Citation Style to use.
