The Square has a seating capacity of 1000 members and is located strategically on the Trichy - Madurai highway at proposed trade center campus that would serve the city’s growing economy .The Building apart from the Auditorium composes of a huge lobby area that is also a convertible Expo Hall And a Food court as its highlights. The structure is made light weight by the usage of space frames and minimum usage of rcc memebers wherever needed.

The Interior Spaces are zoned between public and professional user with distinguished access and circulation for both categories for persons of importance the circulation is zoned in between the transition of the two primary users making them the secondary users of the space .The Interiors of the Auditorium are well designed Acoustically and visually by avoiding shadow regions of both factors by proper treatment of the elements like walls, flooring and ceiling through usage of acoustic panels, positioning of speakers and acoustic coving in concave manner at the rear end seating, Acoustically. visually speaking the space is well lit with warm light accordance to the illuminace factors of the materials being used in the floor and walls.

As a Undergrad I see Internships as the most soughted opportunity one can expierence during the period of study, at the training period of six months I was involved in various activites and discussions by the firm which helped me shaping my understanding of the field rather than viewing it just as a course and helped me gain new perspectives beyond academic environment.

The works mentioned in this section are for representation of my learnings and takeaways and are genuine to my knowledge and are a property of Infrabees Project Management Consultants Private Limited functioning hospital. combined Multi - speciality Facility. within the building.

The proposed Multi - Speciality Facility which is located at the city of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala is under construction during my period of internship and is currently at the completion level of its Phase -1.

The project is of long term and is carried out in two phases namely Phase - 1 and Phase -2 due to the existing site conditions where there exists a fully functioning hospital. Located at the heart of the city and being one of the prime healthcare providers in the city the client had requested for a construction management programme without affecting their service and functioning.

Hence the project is carried out in two phases as mentioned earlier where a portion of the old hospital is demarked and demolished for the excecution of the new structure whereas the other part is kept intact and completely functioning. Once the Phase - 1 is completed certain spaces within the Phase -1 will act as temporary spaces which will be shifted once Phase - 2 is complete.

Being a complex design and project management process this project it consits of consistent work coordination among the Architectural and the extended team of Structural engineers, Hvac engineers, Electrical engineers, Site managers, Labours and Vendors this project gave me some insights beyond design into management and excecution part and helped me develop interest towards project management as well.
