This unique concept ensures a selection of quality pieces that will complement your art or antiques collection and will find a special place in your own interior. Everyone has their personal taste and wishes to express that in their own house. By careful choice of art, antiques and design everyone can create his own style. Combining according to your own taste – that is what an eclectic style stands for. On the Eclectic Art Fair you will find an international selection of both art galleries who represent their pieces of modern art, antique dealers who put their collectibles on offer over to interior decorators and designers who brought their best and unique pieces. The Fair is aimed at every one with a quirky and creative taste in art and interior. From art connoisseurs and collectors to people who want do their first purchase. It is precisely this diversity in art pieces and public that makes this concept unique and accessible.

The first edition of the EAF opens in Bruges. The perfect place to show that old and now can go together. The EAF takes place in the heart of Bruges – the historic Belfry, situated on the Historical Market Square. There is no better location imaginable for the first Eclectic Art Fair that matches eclecticism better – the combination of a 14th century building with a collection of contemporary and modern art and design. Your Stand on the EAF We offer an all-in price for your stand that includes: • • • • • • • •

Your stand – details see below 4 lightning spots per 16m2 Carpet 1 electrical outlet/220V Closed ceiling 3 white or black panels (one back panel and 2 side or middle panels) Name sign lettered on the back panel Standard height is 4m, minimum stand is 4m by 4m, 16sqm

* Service Pack: Each exhibitor will be charged a mandatory fee/stand of €200, excl. VAT. for a service package that contains the following: -

100 entrance tickets for the Fair 10 tickets for the opening night, including drinks and finger food 2 x exhibitor pass for the duration of the fair Access to the exhibitor-room – a private & closed room. We will serve coffee/tea/water throughout the day and a small breakfast in the morning. This room can also be used for private meetings with your clients. Parking place in a nearby city-parking for the duration of the fair

* Participating: The exhibition space is limited – so each request will have to pass a jury. We will base our decision on your list of works that are a representation of your gallery, dealership, shop or business. You will receive our decision within 48hrs after the request. If you are accepted, you will be notified by email, together with the demand to pay the inscription fee - €1000

* Stand: We opted for an open module stand. Since the fair will be a mixture of small and large furniture, paintings, and all types of art, collectibles and antiques - working with an open module gives each exhibitor the possibility to decorate to his own specific purpose. We choose a non-classical stand set-up. We will create a construction in the middle of the hall so the visitors can circle around the different stands. This construction offers the exhibitors more flexibility in organising their stand. We offer 4 different possibilities: 1. Stand on the top end the end of each construction – only 4 pieces available. A 3-entrance stand that can be divided by panels. Fixed width of 8m; minimum depth is 4m (min. floor is 32sqm). 2. A classic one-entrance stand. Minimum stand is 4m wide and 4m deep (minimum floor is 16sqm) 3. A two-entrance stand that can be divided by panels and still create a walk trough. Minimum width is 8m: minimum depth is 4m (minimum floor is 32sqm). 4. A classic stand, but located in front of the entrance. Fixed depth of 4m, minimum width is 4m (minimum floor of 16sqm) For stands 1-2-3, choose a side, left (Vedett Art Bar) or right.

Exhibition Criteria: The Eclectic Art Fair accepts the following businesses: - The exhibitors must be active as professional in the art – design – antiques – vintage world. - We do not accept individual artists, designers, … - Each stand must bring diversity in pieces and/or artists. Solo exhibitions are not allowed. - For art galleries we demand minimum three artists/stand - All artwork presented must be an original work - The exhibitor commit himself to only sell items for which he has the authority to sell We do not accept: - We accept no duplicates/reproduction antiques and design -Offset lithographic of more then 250 ex. - Commercial furniture - Reproductions of antiques, design, vintage and art - Commercial prints - Print-run works We accept: - For certain artwork we allow prints or reproductions, but on a limited edition (- 150 ex.) - Photography, fine art photography, prints are allowed only in high quality resolution and strictly in limited editions (signed, numbered)

Terms of inscription: 1. Send the “registration form” back by mail with all the necessary details. In att. we need a list of the artists/works (description and photographs) that you will present on the EAF to give us an indication of the style and quality. Within two days after sending your request you will receive our final confirmation. 2. First payment of €1000 must reach us together with your final inscription within 7 days after receiving our confirmation. Your inscription is only valid when the first payment reaches our account. 3. You will receive the registration papers and the invoice, signed for “agreed to participate in the EAF 2012”.

Terms of payment: 1. First payment of €1000 to finalise your inscription 2. Payment by bank transfer to our account of the calculated total amount minus the first payment of €1000 – much be transferred to our account before the 1st of December 2012. Should we not receive the full payment before that date, we can not guarantee your participation 3. Should the fair for any reason be cancelled – the already made payments will be returned in full. 4. You can cancel your participation without any costs up until 60 days before the start of the fair. Starting from that date, we will charge you 35% of the total cost and the service pack fee (€200).
