Crossroads Care Central and North London (CNL) is part of a national network of local charities employing over 5,000 trained professionals and helping over 35,000 people and are Britain’s leading provider of support for carers and the people they care for. We promote, support and deliver high quality services for carers and people with care needs in their home. We offer a full range of services for all age groups, disabilities or health conditions, at any time day or night, and of any frequency including our unique Homeshare “live-in” service.

What we offer We provide a wide range of services that include activities and support unique to your own needs such as:• Personal care • Visits, outings, trips and escorting to appointments • Participating in hobbies and crafts • Attending clubs, meetings and events • Organising mail and assisting with reading and writing • Helping with shopping • Offering companionship and security • Assisting with mobility We also have the following Specialist Services:• Culturally Specific Service (17 languages spoken) • Children and young people with disabilities • Mental Health Care Support (Dementia/Alzhiemers) • Homeshare “Live-in” Service • Support for Young Carers
What areas do we cover? We work in Camden, Islington, Westminster, Hackney, The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and we go into neighbouring boroughs as well. The Homeshare “Live-In” Service covers the whole of London within the M25 radius.
How do I make contact and how much will it cost? If you think that Crossroads Care CNL may be able to help you, then phone us on 020 7485 7416 to talk to one of our team. We will then arrange to visit you at home and, together with the person you care for, design a service that best meets your needs. Our Homeshare team will visit potential householders and match them to an appropriate Homesharer. As a carer or someone with care needs, you may be entitled to support funded by local government or you may choose to pay Crossroads Care CNL directly for your services. Whatever your situation, you may take comfort that as a charity, we are for people not for profit. Our prices start at a low day rate per hour. This price rises in the evening, weekends, night service and Bank Holidays. We also offer one-off tailor-made packages that are more cost effective.

A 12 month subscription is only £15.00 for individuals, £25.00 for Voluntary Organisations and £40.00 for Corporate Members. 2.
