Rosary alumna Marquita Gyben '75 and her husband Jack have two Rosary alumna daughters In 2003 they had a vision to create a wine event at Rosary Academy as a fun way to bring the parent community together This event would serve as a kick-off to the highlight of the year for our students, Red & Gold, which is a unique tradition at Rosary They hoped to allow the parents to participate in the energy and excitement of Red & Gold, and to raise money for tuition assistance for students From that seed, Rosary's Red Wine & Gold was harvested!
Red Wine & Gold has raised more than $3 5 million since its inception Hundreds of Royals who have walked the halls of Rosary have done so because of funds raised for the Trudy Mazzarella Fund and through Red Wine & Gold.
