We’ll schedule a time to chat about business and operations. You’ll fill out a Bookkeeping Evaluation Form. During the call we’ll discuss your needs to see how we can serve you and if we are a good fit, mutually.
Following our meeting and discussion of your business operations we’ll put together a customized plan and send you a Bookkeeping Services Proposal. You can look it over and feel free to ask any questions prior to signing the Letter of Engagement. The Letter of Engagement clarifies the confirmation of understanding for what services are to be performed. We’ll send you a Welcome email which lists what to expect and the next steps including how we gather data, documents and access to your accounts so we can get started.
Once we receive your documents, we get to work. We code all of your transactions as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, or equity into QuickBooks Online. We’ll also send you a beautiful report of your financial statements. With unlimited support, you can get in touch as needed and we will respond within 48 hours. Spend time doing what you love and leave the details to us!

We are a virtual bookkeeping firm. Meaning we are completely cloud based and we've chosen a few apps to best serve our clients remotely, stay organized and secure. The tech we use: Quickbooks Online. If you do not already use this, your services include a subscription and we will get everything set up for you. Hubdoc is a receipt and document management tool to keep things paperless and electronic. Smart Vault is an online document storage and file sharing platform. Think bank level online filing cabinet! You'll have your own secure portal where important documents will be stored.

Meet the Team! Ben and Jenny are the husband and wife team behind Rose and Ruel, LLC. Ben has a background in accounting and finance. Jenny has experience running her own small business and can attest first hand the importance of hiring a bookkeeper! When they aren't serving their amazing clients they are homeschooling and spending time with their 5 children, being outdoors, hiking, and enjoying game nights!
