So whether you've got the moves like Jagger, fancy yourself as the next Jamie Oliver, are handy with hand tools or know your perm from your peroxide, we want you to show us what you can do!
We are now taking nominations for Talent Factory 2012, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and talents and show the world that Brighton and Hove’s young people do have talent! We are looking for ten individuals to take part, creating ten short films all about you and what you have to offer an employer. We would like our nominees to talk about what being unemployed has been like, and to demonstrate their talent, passion or skill. The films will then be promoted through all our social media channels, leading to a film premier and celebration event showing the city’s employers the talent that our city’s young people have to offer in the workplace. We want to help young people to gain recognition for their talents and to help employers look past what’s written on a CV. Talent Factory 2012 - Be part of it!
If you’d like to be part of it, then please contact: Elle Dyson, Employability Adviser, Youth Employability Service Mobile: 0779 9662910 www.talentfactory2012.tumblr.com
