Admissions Process:
A completed application for admission should include:
/ Submitted application with essay
/ A letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor
/ An official copy of the secondary school transcript
/ Affidavit of Support
/ TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System), or Duolingo scores
- If English is not your native language:
• TOEFL Minimums - 88 Internet-based, with a minimum of 20 in each area.
• IELTS Minimums - 6.5 or above with a minimum of 6.0 in each area.
• Duolingo Minimums - score of 110 or above.
- E xemption from the TOEFL/IELTS requirement is provided to students who score highly enough on the SAT or ACT standardized test. This exemption will be provided to students who have achieved one of the following score(s):
• 500 or higher on the SAT Evidence-based Reading and Writing section
• 21 or higher on the ACT English section
International students may apply Early Action (EA) or Regular Decision (RD). The EA deadline to complete the application and submit all required application materials is November 1, with notification on or before December 15. Early Action is non-binding. Regular Decision applicants must submit an application and all required materials by February 1, with notification by March 15. Admitted students have until May 1 to submit the enrollment deposit.
