INCLUDES

- INSPIRATION BOARD | Based on your questionnaire and your Pinterest Board ideas in

the New Client Homework Assigned to you a color palette and inspiration board will be created to ensure the brand development is inline with the vision before moving onto the next step. Two revisions are included.

- LOGO VARIATIONS | Once palette/style is finalized the project will move onto the 4 (four)

logo variations. Each logo will be completely different and include various font/type/layout and styles. You will receive them on one page side by side so you can see the differences. (2 revisions)

- BRAND STYLE BOARD | Once the logo has been finalized, the next step is a brand board

which will include the logo, color palette, a secondary logo option, a submark or brand element, 2 font recommendations, and 2 pattern recommendations. (1 revision)

- FINAL FILES | Clients receive the logo, secondary logo, and submark/elements in .jpg,

.png, .png transparent background, .eps, and a watermark. You also receive a color guide which includes the color names in RGB, CMYK, and HEX. You will also receive the patterns in 12�x12� at 300dpi JPEG. Fonts are not included and any design files are an additional charge of $250.

If you have a good idea of what style/type of logo you want, then the simple logo design

could be a good fit for you. It includes a custom logo based on your questionnaire and pinterest board, a brand style board, and necessary filles (see above for more info). Two total revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at the current hourly design rate.

CONTENT All content is required and finalized before implementing to site. All gallery/portfolio images (up to 15) need to be sized accodingly (max 900px wide). If content is not ready prior to test

site, project will be delayed and each additional week of delay will be billed for.

HOSTING/DOMAIN Domain name and hosting services must be purchased by client. Rosemary Watson | Productions is not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue

that may arise after the launch of the site. We recommend that you use godaddy.com for your domain purchase and hosting services. This contract does not include future Wordpress CMS compatibility issues for your site, but I do offer website maintenance for an additional fee. (CMS updates, plugin updates, etc) After the launch of the site, all additional work and updates to the site will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate {currently $75 per hour + subject to change}

REQUIREMENTS Before starting your website design we will share a dropbox folder for content, images, passwords, etc. I also ask

for your hosting information (user/password), wordpress login (if you have one already), domain info (if needing a transfer), disqus login (for the blog), and all of your social links. I will send you over the homework information, Client Welcome Package upon booking.

- HAIR & MAKEUP | I work with my team of beauty pros to make you ready for your close up. At your consultation we will take snapshots of you to determine your color palette, and will

collaborate on a group Pinterest board to narrow down the perfect looks for your photoshoot.

- WARDROBE STYLING | A separate wardrobe consultation will be scheduled with our wardrobe stylist to select up to 6 outfits for your photoshoot. A questionnaire and style guide will

be sent to you based on the questionnaire information. The wardrobe stylist is also available for personal shopping at her hourly rate.

- ONLINE CLIENT GALLERY | A gallery of 20 images from your shoot will be included with an initial round of post processing, all available to clients as high resolution downloads.

M A N A G E M E N T - starting at $1800/month

INCLUDES

- INITIAL CONSULTATION | Before we begin, clients are sent questionnaires to see where they need the most help and we will hold an in person or google+ chat to review answers and

come up with a consultation schedule.

- CONTENT STRATEGY SESSION | Up to two in person or google+ chat consultation sessions will be held based on your clients’ needs. Any additional sessions will be quoted at current

additional rates ($75)

- WORDPRESS WEBSITE UPDATES & OPTIMIZATION | Client’s current wordpress site (if needed) will be reviewed and plugins, spam filters, or any updates will be performed as needed.

- EDITORIAL CALENDAR | After the Content Strategy Sessions are held, an editorial calendar will be developed and delivered to client outline the posting dates and content shared on

all platforms.

- WEBSITE CONTENT CHANGES | New copy, photographs, video and other content will be added to website pages as requested by client in the strategy session and scheduled on

edtorial calendar.

- BLOG POSTS | Two (2) blog posts per week will be developed for client per the strategy session and scheduled on edtorial calendar.

- SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS | Five (5) content posts per week on Two (2) different social media platforms are included the strategy session and scheduled on edtorial calendar.

- EMAIL NEWSLETTER CAMPAIGNS | One (1) campaign per week on the Mailchimp platform will be scheduled. Initial mailchimp setup and list development strategy will also be included

and discussed at Content Strategy Session.

- CONTENT DEVELOPMENT | Content development (including graphic design, stock photography, custom photography, and videography) will be discussed at Content Strategy Session

and will be billed hourly after exceeding 3 hours per week. Models, hair & makeup, wardrobe styling, and any props required for photography will be quoted separately. A custom quote for each project will be created and submitted to client after Content Strategy Session and before Editorial Calendar is finalized.

- NOTE | After consultations, clients will receive a custom quote based on project specifics. Posting frequency, social media platform additions, increased content creation, etc. are

factors resulting in an increased quote.

- CAMPAIGN CONSULTATIONS | Through an in person or google+ chat we will discuss campaign goals, and important tasks needing to be executed.

- CUSTOM CAMPAIGN GUIDES | A multi page campaign guide pdf will be sent to the client detailing a schedule of tasks, budgets, and promotional efforts (Ex. email campaigns, social

media, website updates, print marketing, business partnerships, charity, etc).

- GRAPHIC PRINTED DESIGN | Up to three promotional printed pieces to be designed, additional designs to be invoiced at an hourly rate @ $80/hr.

- EMAIL CAMPAIGN DESIGN | Mailchimp email templates to be designed and installed in Mailchimp campaign account and scheduled for sending.

- INSPIRATION BOARDS | Based on our consultation and questionnaire, a color palette and inspiration board will be created to put together our ideas based on Pinterest boards we

collaborate on.

- LAYOUT PROPOSAL | After palette and style is decided, the next step is a layout proposal with measurements of space.

- PRODUCT SOURCING | Decor and furnishings will be sourced and added to the proposed project budget for client to select and order.

- DELIVERY & STYLING | Once products are purchased by client, installation and styling of physical pieces are included. It’s like being on your own makeover show on HGTV
