At the Rosen JCC, children embark on hands-on learning experiences that allow them to reach their fullest potential and achieve academic success. Our program focuses on: • Literacy and numeracy • Critical thinking • Confidence • Focus and self-control • Confidence • Communication The Rosen JCC’s Early Childhood Learning Center is accredited through the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs. As an accredited center, we have been recognized as a program that exemplifies excellence in the care and education of young children. Our child care programs feature: • Early education for all ages, from 8 weeks to VPK • Part-time starting at 18 months • Low child-to-teacher ratios • Hours: 7am to 6pm

For children who are 16 months old by December 31, 2015. Part-time and full-day programs are available. Our classes feature low toddler-to-staff ratios, weekly activity specialists, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

ALL NEW PARENTING CENTER Classes in our brand new state-of-the-art Parenting Center are designed to meet the developmental and social needs of young children (newborns through age 5) and to provide meaningful and fun bonding experiences for parents and other caregivers. Prenatal Yoga Stay healthy, relaxed, and connected with baby throughout your pregnancy. Expectant mothers will be guided through a series of postures designed to aid in the alleviation of common discomforts experienced during pregnancy. These movements will also help to prepare both mommy and baby for the wonderful connection that is delivery. This is a gentle yoga class and no experience is needed to participate. As always throughout pregnancy, it is recommended to check with your healthcare provider first before beginning. Wed 6-7pm (10 wks) 1/13-3/16 $120 | $99 Members Family Yoga Family yoga incorporates partner poses between adult and child, breathing exercises and relaxation. The majority of activities will be focused toward 2- to 5-year olds and their caregivers, but younger siblings are welcome and will be included in the fun. No yoga experience is required. No charge for non-walkers younger than one year. Songs and activities are incorporated into each class. The class is designed for stroller-aged children. To participate in the Strollercise classes, moms must be at least 8 weeks postpartum and have received verbal clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. Saturday Night Out You get to enjoy a night on the town, and your kids get to spend a fun night with their friends at the JCC! Drop your kids off any time after 5 pm, and pick up any time before 11 pm. In between, we’ll provide dinner and a themed program, as well as popcorn and a movie. Ages 18m-13 years old

Taking their favorite classes while you work! J University After-School Program The JCC’s after-school program, J University, provides afternoon care for elementary-aged children. We offer bus transportation from area schools back to the JCC facility, where we provide a healthy snack and homework assistance with a low staff-to-child ratio. Our team of caring counselors runs educational and recreational activities to keep your child’s mind and body active. ADULT PROGRAMS Hoopstars 3-on-3 Basketball

Our recreational adult basketball league for ages 30+ is the perfect mix of competitiveness and fun, using a halfcourt 3-on-3 format. Each team will play two games each Sunday morning. Games are refereed by professional officials. Teams are guaranteed 12 games including a berth in the single-elimination playoffs. Players sign up as individuals and teams are formed following player evaluations. Drop in and play in a pickup game for free before the season starts on Sunday 1/24 and 1/31 from 9-11am! Weekly poker league, Texas Hold ‘Em style; each league is 5 weeks of regular play and the 6th week is the FINAL TABLE You can split the league fee with a partner.
