ROSE OF TRALEE

STREET CARNIVAL FRIDAY 19TH - Friday 26TH AUGUST 2011

Tralee Vintners and Traders

Tralee Town Council

P

robably the best weekend you will have all this Summer. For five magical days and nights this August, Tralee town will host the 5th annual ‘Back to Basics’ Street Carnival in association with The 53rd International Rose of Tralee Festival. It is our fifth attempt at trying this kind of street carnival, which in the main is 100% FREE. Of course we’d like to think we’re making progress each year, so enjoy and be safe. This weeks street events would not be possible without the dedicated committee who gave of their effort and time free on the ‘collection’. So, a big ‘Thanks a million’ to you all…. Danny Leane Chairman & Sandy Leane (Abbey Inn Bar), Fiona Kirby (The Borgue Inn), Shelia Sugrue, Mark Sullivan, Brendan Sweeney (Sweenys Costcutters), John Sullivan (The Munster Bar), Sean Horgan, Jason Brick, Richard O’Halloran & Ciara O’Connor.

THANK YOU SO MUCH…. We want to thank these individuals for doing a great job on keeping an eye on things this week….
