WELCOME TO CENTRE STAGE 2023

It’s usually danger that makes our hearts beat faster and stronger. It’s often adversity that sharpens our minds and heightens our senses. But sometimes, like the precious hours we have spent with the students who comprise our 2024 Centre Stage program, our hearts and minds are similarly exhilarated as we share in the positive growth of young people.

On behalf of the Donors, Sponsors and Performing Arts Staff whose generous support make this program possible, please accept these heartfelt thanks to each of our students. You gifted us your trust, rewarded our workshop leaders with your dedication, and given all of us the honour to be a part of your lives.

Yours sincerely,

To see you rehearse and master your art has been so fun to witness. To see actors, dancers and singers go outside their element was wonderful but to see you do well at it was amazing. I know you and your creative self will go far. The sky truly is the limit so reach for the stars and go beyond. To MC tonight’s performance and present each and every one of you is an honour.

Wela’lin,

To all participants – Congratulations on the amazing show you have created! Thank you for your dedication, bravery, and brilliance in presenting your art. As you continue on your creative path, keep creating, keep practicing, and know that you can use your voice as an artist to shine a light and to have an influence. Let’s keep in touch! As a Youth Alumni member, you’ll hear from us about upcoming opportunities.
