COORDINATION BETWEEN DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES: THE ABOVE SHOWN MODELS DEMONSTRATE THE EFFECTIVE COORDINATION BETWEEN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES THROUGH THE INTEGRATION OF SEPARATE WORKSETS, METICULOUSLY PLANNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A SIMULATED BIM EXECUTION PLAN THIS APPROACH ENSURES SEAMLESS COLLABORATION AMONG THE DIFFERENT TEAMS INVOLVED, PROMOTING EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT

1 TASK BREAKDOWN FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE - DEVELOPED AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET OUTLINING ALL TASKS REQUIRED PRIOR TO AND DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE ALONG WITH TENTATIVE TIMELINE FOR EACH TASK
2 CREATE A PROJECT IN PRIMAVERA
CREATE A PROJECT IN PRIMAVERA USING DETAILS DEVELOPED IN THE FIRST STAGE LIST DOWN ALL THE TASKS IN PRIMAVERA BY ASSIGNING THE RIGHT ACTIVITY ID, ACTIVITY NAME, START DATE AND FINISH DATE MENTION THE TYPE OF ACTIVITY FOR EACH TASK CREATING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ACTIVITIES TO DEFINE THE SEQUENCE IN WHICH TASKS ARE PERFORMED AND DETERMINE THE DEPENDENCIES BE TWEEN THEM. EXPORT THE GANTT CHART DEVELOPED TO AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET
3 CREATE A PLANNED V/S ACTUAL VIDEO USING SIMULATIONS EXPORTED FROM NAVISWORKS. INPUT 4D CODES IN PRIMAVERA AND EXPORT EXCEL EDIT THE EXCEL FURTHER FOR NAVIS WORKS IMPORT USE THE EXPORTED VIDEOS FROM NAVISWORKS FOR COMPARISON STUDY
