About This Report This is our first annual teacher retention report, giving insights into how Kids & Teens teachers approach their decision to renew their contract or leave the company. We surveyed 201 teachers in 6 cities to better understand their attitudes and behaviors related to staying or leaving EF. We also measured the tenure of 392 teachers who left EF in 2015 through their visa entry and conversion dates. Do you think you know what teachers want? Read on to find out.
