Functionalty Remote control, stacking unit for ready mesh, welding electrodes made of a special titanium carbide alloy. Basic equipment set can be supplied with the following options: built-in V-rib bender, mechanized roller conveyor, infinitely variable longitudinal cell adjustment system.

Features Semi-automatic WP series machines produce medium ready mesh volumes with different wire diameters 3-6 mm. Sliding mechanism of the cross bar bunker allows for adjustment in convenient conditions. Longitudinal bar feed module enables the loading of new bars to the welding portal during the production of the previous wire mesh. The module can be of tray type and servo-driven carriage (for 6000 mm length).

WP Plus series Bunker redesigned to increase the cross bar feed rate by up to 30%. Increased power of the carriage servo drive to increase dynamics and ability to move the finished mesh at high speed. Structural reinforcement of the main frame of the welding machine to increase resistance to vibration in high intensity conditions, increase of the finished mesh production volume by 1.5 times.

Automatic machine with movable welding heads WFE series

Advatages * High rate of conversion from one grid view to another by selecting the desired grid from the operator panel; * A wide range of diameters of welded wire and rebar; * Upload system of tasks using the USB port or local network of the enterprise.

Features WFE series assembling machine is equipped with movable welding heads which are moved along the upper beam according to the program of weld mesh map. The machine is designed for precast panel construction: welding wire mesh with different cell sizes and openings combined with different diameter and length of rebar. Working width of the machine 3600 mm length of finished mesh to 8000 mm. Longitudinal bars are loaded manually. Operator then feeds into the weld area the transverse rod from the tray. Also can be equipped with automated bunker for transverse rebar. Capabilities of the WFE machine allow to set up to 9 welding heads for increased performance and speed of mesh welding.

Automatic WL series machine id designed for mass production of road mesh, oriented to large producers. Structural features of the line correspond to high requirements to welding quality. High speed of the cross wire feed and bar cutting unit is provided by a loop accumulator, servo drives and a pneumatic knife.
