Proofing + Ordering Session

Long story short, we will see you the day of your photoshoot – and then we will see you again for your proofing + ordering appointment 2-3 weeks after your photoshoot. what to expect Your Proofing + Ordering Appointment will take place 2–3 weeks after your session. At your Proofing + Ordering appointment we will discuss what you want to do with your images. Do you have a wall in your home you envision hanging the best photo? Would you prefer a coffee table book with all your favorite images? Does Grandma need one as well? We will look at samples of products that are available to you and featured in this guide! We will look through 20–30 printed proofs from your session. We will finalize and order your photos and products at your appointment. After your appointment, you will have all your images in your hands 3 weeks from our Proofing + Ordering Appointment! If you have small children, we recommend having a sitter or grandparent to take care of the little one(s) during the appointment. Proofing and ordering sessions tend to last 1-3 hours. 5

FAQs Who needs to be at the proofing + ordering session? All decision makers should be present for the proofing + ordering session. Use this booklet to make plans and mark products you are interested in purchasing for your home or as gifts for family. How long is the proofing + ordering session? The session takes as long as it takes you to decide which images you like best, but plan to spend 45 – 90 minutes. Where will the proofing + ordering session take place? While we prefer to meet at our studio so you can see our fine art products in action, we are flexible and with some planning can come to your home as well. When – and how – will I get my order? It will take approximately 3 weeks to get your images from our computer to your door – unless we discuss otherwise! Can I get the digital files? Absolutely. You will own the digital file for any print or product that you order. Do you offer payment plans? Yes! If this is something you are interested, let’s chat about details! 15
