Ben Coomber teaches us how to be more awesome! On Tuesday 7th October, Royal Holloway was lucky enough to receive a visit from life coach, Ben Coomber, for the first in their health and performance seminars. Ben is something of a polymath in the health and fitness world. His fields of expertise include training, nutrition, entrepreneurship and life coaching. Ben manages his own successful businesses, one of which sells innovative transdermal performance-enhancing supplements. Ben gave a presentation on ‘How to be more awesome’, providing advice and guidance on how to lead a more healthy and productive life. His check list for being “more awesome” included nutrition, training, sleep, goal setting, dreaming big and developing the mind-set of an athlete. Don’t worry if you missed his talk - we made sure we filmed it, as the information he shared was just so awesome!! Ben will also be back for a second talk in January to help you nail those New Year’s resolutions and Darren kick start your goals in 2015. Click here to watch Ben’s talk.
