Our lead management systems provide a real time connection for immediate response and tracking. DEDICATED CALL CENTER

Royal Shell Real Estate knows that every opportunity for a buyer to see your home is important. Because of this we have invested in a service to maximize your availability. To do this, we outsource our showing desk to Centralized Showing Service, an online system and professional call center designed to provide greater opportunity for any agent to schedule a showing. They also screen agents to know who is making the appointment. In addition, this system automatically requests feedback from all showings, emails you the feedback and keeps this all in a historical log. SELLER BENEFITS:  Ability to schedule multiple appointments by calling one phone number.

 Extended Hours: 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm Sunday.  Each appointment takes approximately 30 seconds to set up.  Professional and courteous customer representatives dedicated to each caller.  No busy signals.  Excellent answer times.  Ease of showing means the opportunity for more showings.  Track and review feedback comments you've received from agents showing your property.  Trained and responsible staff are able to handle sellers more professionally.  Centralized Showings - makes listings easier to show after most offices have closed.  Sellers are better informed of activity on their listings.

A large part of our strategy is creating relationships with potential clients early in their process of finding a second home, vacation home or relocating to our area. Royal Shell Vacations and Rentals manages over 2,000 properties for either vacation, seasonal or annual rentals. High visibility of Royal Shell on their first visit is the start to a stream of future buyers. We want to guide the experience from their first visit to our area, to purchasing a vacation home of their own. We put our extensive real estate offerings in front of them prior to arrival, during the check-in process and throughout their visit.


ROYAL SHELL VACATIONS & RENTALS Over 200,000 guests are exposed each year to our area and listings. Thousands of guests check in through our doors to begin their experience of learning about beautiful southwest Florida and what it has to offer.
