The data also includes transactions for manufactured homes on owned land.
Lee County Florida has 590 miles of coastline and spreads out over 800 square miles of land and over 400 square miles of water. The median age is 45 with just 25% over 65 years of age. The median income per family is $46,430 with a per capita income of $24,542.
