Routine Yoga Practice Makes You Powerful Yoga means united with the divine and that is the motto of Yoga. It is an ancient science found in the scriptures of ancient times which derives its existence from as early a stage of human existence. The word Yoga is Sanskrit and another Sanskrit phrase needs mention which says “Yoga Yukta, Roga Mukta”. This essentially means if you are associated with Yoga you will be free of any disease, whatsoever. Is that true? The practice of Yogic asanas is a part of the Ashtanga Yoga marg which is an eight fold path of God realization. But modern man does not need God realization so much as much as he needs his health and fitness. This is an immediate requirement as it impairs his earning capacity and makes him disturbed and diverts him away from peace and hence prosperity. This is exactly where the relevance of Yoga lies today. Why to Learn Yoga? Yoga brings a balance between the body, mind and the spirit. You would definitely agree that each has its own music. Body, mind and soul or the spirit has music of their own. Due to the wear and tear and continuous stress which we are subjected to from the childhood we accumulate stress in the cells of the body which gets precipitated as toxins. The Yoga techniques, asanas and the postures give pressures at the right points of the body and release the toxins from the cells as they are always coupled with the right breathing techniques. Sukhasana or the right Yoga poses give the right results

There is a concept of Sukhasana in the practice of Asanas. This is an interesting point for the beginner and the practitioner slowly goes to the point while practicing the postures where he or she feels most comfortable. This point is the point of “Sukhasana” which actually is the right Yoga pose and practicing this for right number of times and duration will free the subject from any ailment however chronic or old it may be. Each pose of the Yogic asanas is designed to strengthen each particular part of the body and each particular system. These are chosen by your teacher understanding your body and the weakness areas which works like magic. There are diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and many such dreaded chronic ailments that are totally eradicated by the practice of Yoga. The experts and the people who had got benefit from Yoga practice had always been insisting that one should learn Yoga from an expert Yoga Guru. No doubt this is a way of life as one learns Yoga and goes on practicing the Yoga poses and postures, one‘s feeling continually changes as the body metabolism changes simultaneously. This is undoubtedly an interesting experience and for the people who are suffering from different ailments Yoga is the lifegiving panacea for all of them.
