Matthew Clarke – Manager

Former Reds Captain and Assistant Manager, Matt will be leading the Reds into his 3rd season as manager after an impressive opening to 20/21 before the season was curtailed.

Gary Whild

Former Redditch United Manager and Director returned to the 1st Team Dugout last season after spending the first few months of the season coaching within our Full-Time Football & Education Programme. Whild’s former clubs include Solihull Moors, Barnet, Grimbsy, Macclesfield Town & Kidderminster Harriers in a host of different roles, bringing valuable experience to the club.

Keron Jackson

Jackson is a former West Bromwich Albion Academy Development Coach & joined the Reds as 1st Team Coach last season

Kieran Boucher

Former Aston Villa & Kidderminster Harriers Keeper, Boucher joined The Reds in October 2019 and has become a fan favourite and formidable presence between the sticks, recently committing to contract terms for 2022/23 season too

Lewis Hudson

Hudson has been tied down on contract this season and is an exciting talent. In his first season last year with the Reds, the fullback was mightily impressive after a seamless jump from step 5 side Coventry United. A fan favourite and regular around the Club.

Ryan Wollacott

The centre defender joined from Stourport after previously being a mainstay for Aberystwyth in the Welsh Premier Division He went on to have the most appearances of any outfield player last year amassing a total of 48 appearances, often finding himself with the armband

Aram Soleman

West Brom Academy product, boasts great experience at this level despite his age, representing clubs such as Rushall Olympic, Hednesford Town & local rivals Bromsgrove Sporting.

Jack Byrne

After joining from National League North side AFC Telford United last season, Byrne brings valuable experience and quality to the heart of midfield as the Club captain

Calum Flanagan

He signed from Halesowen Town midway through last season and had a monumental effect. A very experienced defender now on his second spell at Redditch. Previous clubs include Aston Villa reserves, Worcester City, Hednesford Town, Rushall Olympic and Solihull Moors.

Bernard Mensah

Mensah joins following his National League North Gloucester City AFC exit at the end of the season. The forward has ample experience playing in higher divisions having made appearances for Watford, Aldershot, Bristol Rovers, Maidenhead, Braintree and Lincoln City.

Robbie Bunn

Bunn has had multiple stints with Redditch United, originally starting as a youngster and coming through our F&E programme in 2010 The midfielder played under Paul Smith during the 2018/19 season when ‘the great escape ’ occurred

Reece Flanagan

Calum Flanagan’s brother Reece, joins from Hednesford Town after having a good season for the side last year Other past clubs include Walsall, Leamington and Stratford

Murphy Culkin

The young defender joined Redditch at the end of the 2022/23 preseason after multiple impressive performances.

Max Sheaf

The young attacking midfielder joins from Gloucester City AFC and has an impressive footballing CV He started out at Arsenal's academy before joining Hull City and signing a pro deal making his debut against Bristol City He then had loan spells at Cheltenham Town and Torquay United before joining Gloucester following his release from Hull City

Josh Clews

A product of the Redditch United F&E programme the young midfielder clearly has talent and everyone is hopeful he has a bright future ahead of him.

Sam Rowbottom

Another product of the Redditch Untied F&E programme, the backup goalkeeper continues to gain valuable experience working alongside Boucher and Dan Price, as well as helping out our voluntary kitman, Dave Ralph.

Danny King

Signed from Gloucester City on a initial month’s loan, but the club have been able to secure Danny on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee.

Harvey Gregson

Signed on a season long youth loan until the end of the season from AFC Flyde A versatile player who can play in defence or midfielder

Adam Harrison

Goalkeeper – recently signed on a dual registration from Worcester City.
