Eddie Brearey - Goalkeeper

Highly rated third year scholar Eddie rejoined the Ives on a work experience loan just before the transfer deadline from League One Oxford United Eddie will be familiar to Ives fans as the keeper that produced a string of impressive performances at quattro tech Westwood Road during a similar loan spell last season. The youngster has already been named on the bench for Oxford United first team for League One fixtures and has enjoyed impressed sufficiently with his stout defending and pacy runs down the right to earn himself a chance at step 3 with the Ives.

Ben Toseland - Defender

Utility player Ben was Ives player of the year last season but left in the summer to try his luck with National League North side Kettering Town where he has made twelve first team appearances this season But having suffered a period on the sidelines with the Poppies he has rejoined Ives on an initial one month loan to bolster manager Ricky Marheineke’s defensive options.
