Agreement between Disney and his wife Lillian by which they combine ownership of their respective holdings of 106,500 shares of stock in Walt Disney Productions. Boldly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Walt Disney and countersigned by Lillian Bounds Disney. The first page is stapled into its original blue paper folder; the signed page is loose.
