The Trainer’s Journey The Trainers Training programme is an excellent tool for anyone who is involved in training and educating people, learning and training specialists, people interested in training, instructors and training managers and NLP Master Practitioners desirous of becoming NLP Trainers. Traditional training methods depend heavily on logic, theory and teaching techniques designed for conscious learning which actually favour a certain proportion but by no means all of the population. Our NLP Trainers Training incorporates NLP techniques and unconscious learning and is suited for a variety of learning styles. It engages the learner at a pace and level that is best suited to them. This in turn maximises the learning experience for the learner. And even if you are not an NLP trained person, the Training is still effective in bringing about a magical change into your training style leading you to be an even more effective trainer.

The ideal delegate is likely to be new to training, or has limited training experience. A certification in NLP as a Master Practitioner is preferable and desirable though not mandatory (such candidates will be provided with a Trainer certification as against NLP Trainer certification).
During the final afternoon, each delegate shall be filmed delivering a training session. This will be assessed and evaluated to confirm that the training objectives have been met. After successfully completing the training, all delegates will receive a certificate plus a comprehensive CD ROM full of practical tips.
