CARE: WELLNESS PRACTICES AND SUPPORTS Finding and accessing care during your leave of absence is a highly individualized process.

How you define care is likely very unique to you and may consist of a broad range of services, supports, programs, and resources. Care may be clinical or non-clinical; it may enhance or promote health in single or multiple domains of wellness. Care may involve a variety of people, places, things and activities. We recommend you examine the areas of care you think could be helpful to explore, try out, or resume during your leave.
