Introduccion: This analysis made think the side view of the role that we experiment every single day by joining our own students and how do we reflect ourselves as is comparable as the teacher in the movie, we really have to pay more attention in what we do or what to do in class which is really delicate if we do not make a student comfortable with our thoughts and commentaries we can transfer them, and what kind of prints and marks we can leave them.
Analysis of the Movie Mona Lisa Smile. Teachers are always challenged by the students, by trying to measure knowledge with theirs. We as teachers are exposed to experience these situations especially if we are starting to work in a new institution and even harder by dealing with students that are almost adults who have been cultivating more awareness in importance to a preferred course. It really calls my attention that this phenomenon occurs at every single corner of the world. The movie Mona Lisa smile, brings some slight classroom scenes when the teacher started one of her first classes, of course she was ignoring the level of knowledge of the adultstudents. In my case I would have investigated the students’ profile that I was going to deal with and then, come up with the famous diagnostic test in a dynamic interview. I am so sure she didn’t expect this type of behavior since she didn’t investigate the students’ backgrounds and she didn’t have a second plan this is something that usually happens to us for the first time. We must be aware that the most common mistake is not to take in account that plans consist in produce competency between students and even teachers, it builds the oral interaction very intensive and displays unknown abilities that later on will be used as strengths for further classes. The teacher at the movie in her second class I analyzed the approach she applied was the famous the whole part Whole learning model because she reinforced her teaching due to the students demands and secondly she knew what do with them, and turned everything into a big compromise between student and teacher to discover new sources of facts, by increasing the challenge among students even with her own and private life, something that I considered never can be combined with students. It is never convenient to exceed the boundaries of personal trust and believes, because adult learners can relate these terms in different ways that make them react negatively since they expect the teacher to respect their integrity. That is when the Andragogy takes places directly to understand people’s reaction because of the way the information is expressed and transmitted to this type of audience. The Andragogy as a science reveals the people’s interests, goals, and results, what they really demand and expect truly and deeply form facilitator no teacher’s role.
