About Us Fatima began baking because her selections of down home baked goods were limited. So much so, that she cranked up her oven and developed some of the amazing treats that her mother encouraged her to try from her childhood. A type of baking that makes you smile as you mix the batters and fill your kitchen full of aromas. Then as you take your first bite, the flavors burst in your mouth and the taste of every single ingredient explodes from inside. From that moment, she wondered why she was wasting $2.00 on a cookie that didnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t make her sing. Or $3.00 on a cupcake that didnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t just make her want to melt on the inside. Or why she couldn't find Rugelach that made her eyes roll up in her head. Rugla Bakery was born out of that, the consistent, homey make your mouth water goodness that never goes away, that makes Rugla Bakery the place you want to keep coming back to. Recently, the popularity of our products had afforded us the opportunity to do two cooking segments for NBC where we prepared two of our best selling products, our roasted banana muffins and our rugelach. Cookies Try our specially made mouth-watering cookies. Among our favorites are Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Peanut Butter cookies. We also serve the best Rugelach. Raspberry or Apricot Rugelach - $28.00 As a child, my mother took me to a little Jewish bakery in Great Neck, NY and bought me Rugelach. From that day on I was smitten by this delectable traditional Eastern European Jewish cookie. It is hand rolled from a cream cheese based dough and contains either raspberry or apricot preserves, ground up walnuts, cinnamon, chocolate and sugar. 1 Dozen

Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies - $16.00 These Oatmeal Cranberry cookies are the creation of my younger son Justin who hates raisins. He had me swap out the raisins in our oatmeal raisin cookies and replace them with cranberries. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s just as amazing as our oatmeal raisin cookies, but the cranberries make them fruitier.

We use the best spices, allowing all the flavors to dance together in every single bite, giving you everything that cookie has to offer. When you first open the package the aroma will hit you and before you know it the bag will be gone.

Our Multigrain Raisin-Apple cookies are like nothing you ever had. I call it my “get your fruits and grains in today cookie”. They are packed with goodness. Like our oatmeal raisin cookies we use the best spices and brown sugar, but then we take it a step further and pack them with organic dried apples and raisins, which together add fruity notes to this cookies which is packed full of hearty grains, like oats, rye, spelt, barley and soy. We love this cookie and I sometimes have it for breakfast, in lieu of a muffin.

He said “it has just the right amount of peanut butter mom!” Little does he know that I switched the store brand to something organic, so that it can be all the better for him. Cookies, contâ&#x20AC;Ś Shortbread Cookies - $12.00 I love Shortbread cookies, it is my weakness. I find myself snacking on these buttery beauties all day long. They are crisp, buttery with a touch of salt. They are a personal favorite of both my boys, second to the rugelach.
