STORYLINE : The Cafe must serve nearby residents with a proper humble taste of the local food that must rely on the traditional servings and furniture arrangements, Also the indoor spatial area of cafeteria need to be more of traditional innovations relying on the customers interests.The space need to be ready to serve for the delightments in the vacation seasons,i.e the hot delights in the month of may -june ,and the cold delights in the month of cold i.e , december to january. The spaces need to incorporate the ethnic and untouched traditional spaces that will comprise of open and semi-open spaces, configured with existing natural plot variant,i.e. tree in this case.
The PIE CHART diagram above indicates the variety of customers that are visiting the CAFETERIA . The earning can be manipulated by taking into consideration ,which type of people are visiting and contributing more, and then accordingly he ambience and the zoning can be done in order to have more people and profit. Also the cuisine and zoning of spaces to arrange veg/non-veg separately .

THE OVERALL PLAN REVOLVES AROUND THE CENTRALLY LOCATED DATUM ELEMENT, I.E. GREEN LAWN/LANDSCAPED TERRACE, THAT BINDS THE SPACES SUCH AS AUDITORIUM, ADMIN BLOCK, LIBRARY AND ACADEMIC BLOCK. THE CAMPUS IS SIGNIFIED WITH LOCAL CULTURAL ISTINCT, TO HAVE ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES WITH ESSENCE OF EXPLORING THE SPACE AS ONE MOVES THROUGHOUT THE CAMPUS. THE REGIONAL CHARACHTER FOR NAGPUR’S ARCHITECTURAL SCHOOL IS PROVOKED WITH THE USE OF FRONT LOCATED AUDITORIUM BUILT FORM,, THAT IS THE PEEL OF ORANGE AND THE ENVELOPE OF AUDITORIUM IS COMBINED TO THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN.

B R I E F: The Housing Design requires the essence of quality and affordability with a sense of inclusive community interaction inbetween the context of neighbourhood proximity. The site contains an predominant old government scheme blocks charachter with ample possibility of high density housing within the plot area of 7.1 acres. The 650 unit cluster got to accomodate all HIG-MIG-LIG-EWS segment of society in an equity sense of ownership, wherin the HIG-MIG-LIG constitutes two major diagonally located clusters of 3 floors and, the MIG-LIG-EWS also have two major cluster of 4 floors each located diagonally , In totality creating an COURTYARD charachter emerged with traditional appartment typology of spaces.

Construction | Lamella Roofing The project was located in VNIT Nagpur primises for the prurpose of commencement of events such as ceremony, gathering, etc. Entire frame is of lamella with steel angle joinery and covered with waterproof plastic mat for effective shading. Whole load of the frame transfers along the components gradually to the columns and then to the ground.

Lamella roof, also known as the "Zollinger roof" (after Friedrich Zollinger), is a vaulted roof made up of simple, single prefabricated standard segments (mostly in timber) as a way to span large spaces.
