THE BUILDING IN SITE

The floor plan of the green area have vast deciduous trees, my idea is to do retain or move of the plants in the field and configure the understory shrubs and ground cover, form a rich plant level isolation belts.

Figure in the yellow area is hangzhou landscape protection - GUOPOJING, the status quo for the open for the surrounding residents' life, and the washing water. GUOPOJING is reserved around ten meters, and the construction and reform will be not allow.So,how to combine reserve with other partitions which need to be designed better, is also a big problem for me.

The Buildings (blue area) in this site will be demolished, and the demolished material are project to reuse to construct the new landscape . - recycled do floor tiles. - broken the road pavement can retain a tree-lined the sketch of the corridor.

Vertical space is more complicated, the lowest and highest elevation difference up to 10 meters, and field more cluttered, debris and rubbish are placed everywhere, the environment is not optimistic, this is one of the difficulties in this design.

I consider that determined GUOPOJING landscape regeneration as the design theme is better, and the surrounding Hefang street, Wushan scenic spots, such as the integration of traditional style, create a historical and cultural landscape design for people to leisure and entertainment.

Residents near the site of the appeal also need to be considered, because in the completion of the urban public space, they will become the main user. So,I have do a research. Excellent design must consider the users’requirements.

FUNCTION AREA DIVISION

The floor plan of the green area have vast deciduous trees, my idea is to do retain or move of the plants in the field and configure the understory shrubs and ground cover, form a rich plant level isolation belts.

There is a larger site elevation , the highest point and the lowest point have gap of 10 meters. And,the project also requested earthwork move or not move as little as possible .This design is a challenge , I also achieve a greater height poles firstly . Uneven terrain because of the site , you need to be collated , the final separation of the eight sites , each region is basically the same altitude . Only finishing this problem , the Design is project to continue.

Divided according to the water scenery viewing area, landscape communication area, public recreation area , landscape parking area, ecological greenhouse area, Eastern area relaxation square and GOPOJING conservation area. Wherein the water scenery viewing area, landscape communication area and the eastern area relaxation square are the focus of this design .

After partition function will partition to divide according to height , so we can make in the same block , you will minimize the impact of elevation points .

Site situation problem On the grounds of protection point GUOPOJING protected terrible , nearby residents can access the protected area freely , without hindered. The area is located on the city of Hangzhou, and it is the centre of the Hangzhou region 's traditional culture , GUOPOJING as a WUSHAN surrounding area . But the residents of the surrounding seems to have lost the traditional culture of pride and a sense of belonging region , so that the gradual decline of the attractions . Surrounding the original residents of the large number of illegal buildings, they has been removed now . But the venue still remained a lot of buildings in ruins, how to deal with these problems ? It’s a challenge for me.

Establishing the landscape facilities in the protection of the surrounding ,point to control the flow of people . But also protecting the old well (GUOPOJING), and reducing its natural damage . By the design style, adhering to the traditional culture landscape and ecological systems let the GUOPOJING as the theme of their cultural background landscape system , the style consistent with the historical and cultural attractions surrounding landscape . For the ruins of the building, that can be used to select , as the surface of the pavement . Existing plant landscape , choose to retain or move as little as possible .�While adding new native plants , so that the whole landscape was more abundant.

Water scenery viewing area, scenic design and construction from the artiďŹ cial pond , volume is small and exquisite, SIYITING Road from municipal water pipe access . Pool in the garden landscape is widely used as a topical composition center. Pool for aquatic animals provide a suitable living environment , so that landscape becomes more lively . Pool is a natural form of open , in line with the overall design style style - combining traditional culture and modern art Cultural Regeneration landscape. So that can be done to protect the safety of traditional heritage , but also expand its functionality out .

Site location and situation Site is located in jiaxing show chau district of anji economic development zone and prosperity road and hongxing road intersection, green area of 27850 square meters, the existing green space within the pavement and garden road, plant landscape conďŹ guration is unitary, urban landscape effect is poorer. Hongxing park originally dump reconstruction, on the east side of hongxing garden village, located in the main urban road intersection, the existing greening plant landscape is unitary, plant variety is less, according to the requirements of urban street green space for reconstruction of this piece of green space, based on the demand for urban life, people, sites qualities such as understanding and response, designed to meet the surrounding public communication, recreation, activity, the requirements of urban public space. Through carefully and analyzing the status quo of data collection, investigation and relevant background information, analysis of planning and design base and the surrounding environment, the surrounding trafďŹ c, the surrounding green space landscape of the present situation and the site of region characteristic, analyse the composition of park using the object, and proposes the corresponding text or pattern to the conclusion that form the design concept. This is the main content of this design preliminary analysis.

Solve the problem and improve the area

SITUATION PROBLEM In Hangzhou, whenever the storms come , water infested streets , and traffic jams are common scenes . Sep.13th.2013 , Hangzhou dump heavy rain, severe sections of water in some streets . The rain is a natural resource , where the urban environment has become a major safety hazard. The reason is that the rapid development of the city, increasing the proportion of impervious land surface . Cities should be how to eliminate flooding , water recycling , rainwater collection and utilization achieved , became one of the major challenges of urban development . This course is mainly positive for Hangzhou Zhonghe River waterfront spaces renovation project aimed at addressing good drainage and improve river water quality .

PROJECT AIMS The Zhonghe River improved by the LID stormwater engineered to achieve the better enviroment and reduce the river pollution, strengthen flood control effect. Increas- ing the amount of available water resources objectives, improving river water environment situation .

THE IMPROVED METHODS In a short time to reduce urban stormwater pipes’pres- sure. And choosing a way to establish a rainwater collection system. Rainwater harvesting systems include: Rainwater collection system , the source of interception devices , intercepting rainwater treatment apparatus , regulating the storage tanks, sedimentation tanks , filtration ponds and water distribution systems, disinfection equip- ment, back to the water supply pipe system , overflow device rainwater lift pump and supporting automation systems.
