Why not use our Service. On acceptance of a quote, we will send you a design within 3 - 4 working days - and above all it’s FREE size your order! Simply send us your guidelines with any logos and we will do the rest.

Ordering is Easy

Follow our simple 6 step guide

Choose your style of Medal, ‘Coin’ or Pin Badge.

Tell us the quantity, shape & size, finish, ribbon detail, enamelling colours (if any), optional extras (if any) and date required. We will then submit a quotation for your approval.

Once you have accepted our quotation, we will send you artwork for approval within 3 to 4 working days.

After your design has been signed off, production will commence, with delivery to the UK by sea or air freight (see right). Your order will then be delivered to you within your requested timescale.

By Sea Freight

To produce your order, sea freight to the UK, clear customs, transport to our distribution headquarters and then deliver to your door, please allow 12-16 weeks - the most economical service.

By Air Freight

Alternatively your order can be produced and then flown in by air freight which will take only 4-6 weeks or even less; there is a small surcharge for this service.

All our standardpackaging for Bespoke Medals &Pin Badges is plastic free, and they come wrapped in environmentally friendly tissue paper

Why Not Use Our Event Fulfilment Service?

Are you considering hosting a Virtual Event but don’t have the time or resources to manage its requirements?

We simply sort your supplied data and then mail out your virtual medals (and/or race numbers) directly to your participants. Each medal is packaged into a padded envelope and posted either on their own or with a personalised insert to thank your supporters and sponsors or to promote your chosen charitable cause. Whether it be a few hundred or tens of thousands we sort all of the data and postage in line with current GDPR regulations so you can rest assured your participants’ information is handled with care.
